Hello, Amy here from The Happy Scraps. Today I’m going to show you how I put these bright and colorful Halloween Treat Cards together. Using the Pebbles BOO! Collection, some suckers and a few other supplies.

I found some coordinating cardstock for the Halloween paper I was using, and trimmed it to be a card base for a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ card. I cut a piece of BOO! Trick or Treat paper to fit the front of the card, along with a smaller piece of BOO! Confettis paper.

I inked the edges of each piece with some black ink.

I applied some BOO! glow in the dark chipboard thickers to the smaller piece of paper for the front of the card.

Using adhesive dots I attached the larger piece of paper to the card base, then using raised adhesive dots, I attached the smaller piece of paper to the front of the card.

Your card is almost done.

All that’s left to do is attach a treat to the card. I made some suckers in Halloween colors that I thought would be fun to attach to the cards. I used adhesive dots to attach the sucker.

This next card is fun because it uses the magical Heidi Swapp Minc Foil Applicator. I did the same thing as above, finding a coordinating card base and a couple of papers from the BOO! Collection that I wanted to use. I also used one of the Pebbles labels for the Minc Foil Applicator.

I inked the edges of the paper, the attached them to the card front.

I placed adhesive dots on the corners of the back of the label that I added foil to.

Then attached it to the front of the card.

Then last of all, use adhesive dots to attach the sucker to the front of the card.

You have a couple of cute cards now that you could give to your kids, friends, family, etc. with the treat already attached

Easy Neighbor Gift

Hey everybody, Becki here to share one of my favorite recipes that I turned into an easy neighbor gift. When Fall arrives, I always turn to comfort food, and nothing is more comforting than chocolate chip cookies. The favorite recipe around our house is Monster cookies. I love this recipe because it makes a HUGE batch of cookies. I usually freeze more than half of the dough. It’s nice to have frozen cookie dough in the freezer for those days when you really need cookies but don’t want the mess of making cookies. It’s also great to have on hand when you need an quick and easy gift.

Using my Monster cookies recipe I created this cute dish of cookies to share with my neighbors. It was so EASY! It took me less than 15 minutes to put this together after the cookies were done.

Easy Neighbor Gift by @jbckadams (Becki Adams) for @pebblesinc using the Harvest collectionI used tons of supplies from the Harvest collection including the adorable cookie bags. These bags made this project SO easy. They even come with adhesive, making closing the bag a piece of cake.

I embellished each cookie bag a little bit differently.

Easy Neighbor Gift by @jbckadams (Becki Adams) for @pebblesinc using the Harvest collectionThis adorable tag comes in the package with the cookie bags. I just added some twine (also from the Harvest collection) and a couple of staples.

Easy Neighbor Gift by @jbckadams (Becki Adams) for @pebblesinc using the Harvest collectionI used twine to tie around this bag also and added a scalloped circle tag with a sticker (from the sticker book) to the middle of the bag.

A Favorite Recipe Quick Gift

Hi there, Pebbles friends!  It’s Wendy Sue here today, excited to share one of my favorite recent projects!  Do you have a favorite Fall recipe?  One that you make over and over?  I sure do – my mom’s pumpkin cookie recipe!  Seriously, I’ve made it more than any other recipe in my entire life.  I’ve already made it three times since school started! And I’ve eaten more than my fair share – but I also love to make this recipe to share with friends, neighbors, and co-workers.  I’ve yet to meet anyone who didn’t love these cookies…which makes it even more fun to make and share!  Since I make it so often, I thought it would be fun to make a little recipe art and leave it out on my kitchen counter all season long.  This is what I came up with, using the new Harvest Collection:

You can make it too – with my recipe – or one of your favorites!  Here’s how:

Start with your recipe, of course.  You can use your original copy if you like…or you could rewrite it on these super fun pre-printed cards with your favorite pen.  I also embellished the cards a bit with fabric stickers and dimensional stickers!

(these project life pens are my favorite – the 01 size is ideal for my journaling/recipe writing).

Next, use the recipe card die to cut a piece of patterned paper as the base of your project.

Now, you will want to use a really good, strong adhesive to add the paper to your wood frame.  I love, love, love the new Sticky Thumb cordless hot glue gun – it’s seriously making my crafty life so much easier!

After gluing this piece to the wood (right over the opening), add some fun die-cut pieces to two corners:

I used a sewing machine to stitch my two recipe cards together at the top – then I glued them right to the center of the patterned piece:

I just had to use some of these colorful dots to embellish the die cut shapes too!

And now for the GIFT part of my project! My favorite way to share cookies is stacked!  I have a huge roll of cellophane that I cut to wrap around a stack of delicious cookies – and I tie the top closed.

Now anyone would be happy to get these yummy cookies, just like this…but I can’t give them away quite yet.  I must make them cuter!  I cut out the preprinted tags from the 12×12 sheet, added a sticker, and a super fun wooden leaf.  Of course, I attached the wood piece with my favorite glue!

After layering and gluing all of the tags,

I tied them right onto the cookie stacks with fun baker’s twine:

And now I’m off…because I have cookies to deliver!

Hi everyone! Amanda here today. I’m not one to make much of a fuss over gifts, but every once in a while I wish I had a little treat on hand to help wish someone a happy birthday or to express my thanks. And nothing says happy birthday or thank you quite like candy.

Pool Party Candy Packets by @amanda_coleman1 using @pebblesinc Fun In the Sun collectionThe fun, summertime pool themes in the Fun In the Sun collection make for a bright and cheery gift. Package up your favorite treat in a photo sleeve with some fun paper and die cuts and you have a sweet treat at the ready. And just like grandma, you can also tuck a few of these in your purse for the little ones.

Pool Party Candy Packets by @amanda_coleman1 using @pebblesinc Fun In the Sun collectionPool party candy packets are easy to put together. You’ll need some plastic sleeves, patterned paper, embellishments, candy and a Fuse tool. If you don’t have a Fuse tool, you can easily secure the closure with a piece of transparent tape.

Pool Party Candy Packets by @amanda_coleman1 using @pebblesinc Fun In the Sun collectionThe beach balls on this paper make perfect DIY embellishments and can be punched out perfectly with a 1 1/4″ circle punch.

Pool Party Candy Packets by @amanda_coleman1 using @pebblesinc Fun In the Sun collectionStart by embellishing your patterned paper inserts. Slide the patterned paper into the plastic sleeves, add candy and, voila! You’re all done! Get the kids involved and they’ll do it for you.

Pool Party Candy Packets by @amanda_coleman1 using @pebblesinc Fun In the Sun collectionAfter your sleeve is filled with paper, embellishments, and candy, fold over the top and fuse it to the back of the sleeve with the Fuse tool.  TIP: Always use metal ruler to fuse the straightest lines and protect your fingers from the hot, HOT tip!
