Hi, Renee here today to share a trio of Hello Spring cards using the Tealightful collection.  Is it spring yet?  Ha!  Has all the snow disappeared for good bringing us green grass and warm sunshiny days?  I hope you have a chance to enjoy spring in all it’s beauty.  Now that we’re coming out of hibernation 😉 why not send warm and happy “Hello” greetings to family and friends along with wishes for a happy spring.

I started my Hello Spring cards by trimming neutral Cardstock to 5″ x 10″.  I scored and folded the cards in half to make 5″ x 5″ cards.

  1. I trimmed the Fresh Picked, Meadow, and the Floral Patchwork pattern papers to 1″ x 4 ¾” strips.
  2. I lined up the strips of papers into a square and marked where the inner corners of the papers met.
  3. I then cut from the inner corner mark to the outer corner of the pattern paper strips.  They form a great little frame when placed back together.
  4. I arranged the pattern paper frames and machine stitched them to the cards.

I really like how the machine stitching looks on the pattern paper frame pieces.

I added simply sweet embellishments to each card.  For this card, I adhered a bee and beehive Transparent Stickers directly to the card.  Even with the Textured Cardstock, the Transparent Stickers adhered perfectly.  I added flower Puffy Stickers and “hello” Word Stickers to each card.

Love how the basket of wildflowers Transparent Sticker looks with the Floral Patchwork on this card!

I added an adorable snail Transparent Sticker to coordinate with the Fresh Picked pattern paper used for the frame on this card.

Hello everyone.  Heather Leopard is here to show you how to turn a ho-hum hair clip into a pretty spring fashion piece with today’s DIY Floral Barrette tutorial.

DIY Floral Barette by @HeatherLeopard using @pebblesinc #Tealightful and #simplelife collection

So now that you’ve seen the finished project, let’s take a look at what it started out as.

Still very lovely but sometimes you just want to add a bit of happiness to your hair, right?

DIY Floral Barette by @HeatherLeopard using @pebblesinc #Tealightful and #simplelife collection

All I needed to complete this was a few sheets of patterned paper, die cuts, puffy stickers and Sticky Thumb adhesive of course! I would also suggest a bit of Mod Podge or some sort of sealer to protect it from repeated use or a rainy day.

The first thing I did was wrap the barrette in paper.  Easy peasy!

Next, I fussy cut some flowers and carefully selected a die cut butterfly and a few puffy stickers. I cut some extra leaves to use as fillers.

Then I just started layering the bits and pieces. I started with the two larger pieces on the ends and then filled in with smaller bits until I loved the look.

Remember the before photo above?  What do you think of the after? I can tell you that I have a very happy little girl who can’t wait to wear this with her favorite Spring outfits!

Hello everyone! Eva Pizarro on the blog today showing you a tutorial for a quilted style layout. If you have seen some of my previews layouts here in the blog you know I love this style because you can use all your paper scraps and display the gorgeous patterns in Pebbles’ collections.

My son is two years old and now more than ever he wants to do everything by himself, I love that, he is decided and very independent, qualities I hope he maintains through the years.

Use those left over papers and create a stunning layout with this tutorial from @evapizarrov and the new #Tealightful collection by @pebblesinc #madewithpebbles #pebblesinc #scrapbook #layout

Start by choosing your favorite Pebbles’ papers. I am using the new Tealightful collection which is perfect for spring photos!

Cut narrow strips of paper, all in the same width.

Attach your paper strips to a lightweight paper using liquid glue and cut 1 3/4 inch squares at a 45 degree angle.

Glue your squares to the side of your paper and use your sewing machine to do a zig zag stitch all around your squares. This technique gives you the quilted look and also hides all those little imperfections your collage might have.

Use die cuts and stickers to embellish your paper. The wood die cuts are beautiful! and the stickers have glitter accents with just the right amount of shimmer.

This is my final layout! I love how the squares look, such a beautiful background made with simple strips of paper!

For my title I used one of the wood papers from new the “Simple Life” Collection and my die cut machine to add the “Mr Independent” words.

Tea Party Favors

Hey there Pebbles friends and fans, Becki here. Today I have fun, easy tea party favors to share with you today. I created these tea party favors with the Tealightful collection and  with a few tools from our friends over at WE R Memory Keepers. These cute treat bag favors came together in a matter of minutes. I started by choosing 3 patterned papers from the Tealightful collection and trimming them into 7 inch squares. Then I cut them with the DIY Party Punch board using the directions that come with the punch board.

After I had the pieces cut for the base of the cone, I glued the cones together and got started on the embellishments for the front of the tea party favors. I cut two 1×12 inch strips of patterned paper for each cone. I scored the strips at every 1/2 inch, accordion folded them, glued the two strips together (end to end) to create a rosette for the front of each cone. I also cut three 1/2 x 6 inch strips for the handles. (I stapled the handles to the cones with a small stapler.)

I used one die cut and one sticker on the front of each rosette.

When you’re assembling the rosettes with the embellishments make sure to use a strong adhesive and let it dry completely before adhering them to the front of the cones.

These tea party favors turned out SO cute. They would be adorable filled with popcorn, candy, little cookies, or any other small treats.

These little tea party favor cones would also be adorable for a Spring party or a tea party themed birthday party. The options are endless when it comes to the DIY Party tool and the Tealightful collection. They’re both so versatile.

What would you fill these cute tea party favors with? Thank you for stopping by the Pebbles blog today. I’ll see you again soon!

A Tealightful Gift

Hello friends!  It’s Wendy Sue here today, sharing a quick and easy gift project I created with the “Tealightful” collection!  I just love the nod to spring in this collection – it makes me so excited for the flowers to start blooming and the grass to turn green instead of wintery brown.  I decided I wanted to spread a bit of spring cheer to a few special friends, so I put this collection to work!

A quick (and delicious) gift created by @wendysuea with the "Tealightful" collection by @PebblesInc.

These little gift boxes were so easy to put together…and you will need to bake up your favorite sugar cookies too!  But first, let’s make some boxes together!

Use this cut file(HERE)  from the silhouette store to cut out the hinged box.  Fold on the score lines and add adhesive to assemble the box.

A quick (and delicious) gift created by @wendysuea with the "Tealightful" collection by @PebblesInc.

Add the washi tape to the wrap strip. Fold the wrap and secure the end with adhesive and place the wrap around the box.  Now is the time to tie twine around the box and make a bow.

A quick (and delicious) gift created by @wendysuea with the "Tealightful" collection by @PebblesInc.

Next, either cut a card from patterned paper, or use one of the printed cardstock shapes to add to the box top. Embellish with additional printed cardstock shapes, puffy stickers, etc.

A quick (and delicious) gift created by @wendysuea with the "Tealightful" collection by @PebblesInc.

If you want to add a little message to the inside of the box top, cut a card from patterned paper, or add a printed cardstock piece to the inside of the lid.  Cut a piece of parchment paper to line the box bottom.

A quick (and delicious) gift created by @wendysuea with the "Tealightful" collection by @PebblesInc.

Now bake up a storm and place a delicious and beautiful cookie in the box.  Or TWO!

Make as many boxes as you have cookies (saving some for yourself, of course) and fill them up!

You are now ready to deliver some springtime goodness to some special friends!
