Hello Friends! Amy from The Happy Scraps here today, and I’m so excited to show you how to make this Simple Pumpkin Banner. It really comes together quickly and is super easy to make.

Simple Pumpkin Banner made by @thehappyscraps with @pebblesinc Boo! collection.

I gathered my supplies. I decided to use the Boo! collection for this project.

After I cut the shapes out using my electronic die cutting machine, I paired up the pieces I’d cut out. I inked the edges with black ink.

I pulled out my Sticky Thumb raised sticky dots and applied some to the back of the middle piece.

Then I applied it to the front, creating the pumpkin look.

I love the way the raised sticky dots holds it up off of the paper, creating the dimension.

I grabbed my Crop-A-Dile (my favorite hole punch) and punch the holes in the top of the pumpkins, so I could hang it.

All that is left to do is string some baker’s twine through the holes.

This project was so easy, I was even able to take it and work on it in my car, while waiting to pick up my boys from school. 🙂

Now all that’s left to do is find a fun place to hang this Simple Pumpkin Banner.

I think the added dimension from the raised sticky dots is the perfect touch to these too, don’t you think?

Pair it up with some matching Marquee Boo! Letters, put them on a mantel or shelf, and you’re all but ready for Halloween!

Where would you hang this fun banner in your home?

Geometric Summer Fruit

Hello Pebbles Fans!  Amanda here today.  Most of the time I don’t eat as much whole fruit as I should, but during the summer that all changes.  There’s nothing quite as satisfying as diving face first into a slice of watermelon or stuffing my cheeks with fresh grapes.   Inspired by Pebbles’ bright patterned papers, I set out to make some cute, geometric summer fruit to display all summer long.

Geometric Summer Fruit by @amanda_coleman1 using @pebblesinc patterned paperI couldn’t resist turning back to my favorite Pebbles watermelon paper.  The only thing that makes me sad is that I can’t eat it.  The shape of these fruits may cause you to think abstractly.  I have never seen such an angular lemon, but it is charming.  Each of these fruits is made with patterned paper from a different Pebbles collection.

Geometric Summer Fruit by @amanda_coleman1 using @pebblesinc patterned paperAdd a rolled paper stem and a hand cut leaf to oranges, apples, or even little cherries.

Geometric Summer Fruit by @amanda_coleman1 using @pebblesinc patterned paperThis watermelon box looks yummy enough to eat.   Adhere a strip of green paper to the base of the box to create the rind.

Geometric Summer Fruit by @amanda_coleman1 using @pebblesinc patterned paperWhile these geometric fruit boxes would make lovely décor or a centerpiece, they can also be used as little treat boxes.  Fill the boxes with yummy treats before you adhere the last opening.

Geometric Summer Fruit by @amanda_coleman1 using @pebblesinc patterned paperAll of these boxes were made using a triangle score guide.  Simple insert the triangle score guide into any score board and you can score perfect triangles from which all of these different shaped boxes are created.

Geometric Summer Fruit by @amanda_coleman1 using @pebblesinc patterned paperAfter the triangle score lines are created, follow the instructions in the manual to cut out the shapes for each box.  I quickly drew the cut lines on the inside of the paper I was using.  No need to draw pretty lines–you’ll make them nice and straight when you cut out your shape.

Quick and Easy BBQ Hostess Gift

Hi Friends! It’s Wendy Sue here today, sharing another quick and easy gift project!  It’s summertime, and that means it’s picnic & barbecue season! Chances are you’ll be hosting or attending an evening or two filled with friends, family, good food, and fun!  We were recently invited to a friend’s home to enjoy just such a night – and I have been trying to decide what to take to the shin-dig – besides a delicious salad and drinks!  I decided to create a little bbq hostess gift for her; something she could use for future outdoor parties.  This is the project I came up with:

Quick BBQ Hostess Gift by @wendysuea with the "Fun in the Sun" collection by @PebblesInc.

You can never have enough mustard and ketchup for summer meals, right?!?

Here’s how I made it:

I cut the carrier(s) with my Silhouette Cameo.  The carrier is actually for a milk carton, but it’s the perfect size for these bottles!

I used my favorite red tape to secure the tabs and create the carrier.

Repeat the process for a second carrier.

And use the same awesome red tape to hook the two carriers together, back-to-back, to create a double carrier.

I cut the paper strips (from the cut file) from striped paper and wrapped them around the outside of the carrier.  This makes it CUTE and more sturdy at the same time!

To complete the carrier, I cut a 3×4 card into a tag shape, punched a hole and tied a bow through it.  I used foam adhesive dots to secure it to the front of the carrier.

Of course, I had to dress up the bottles a bit, so I wrapped each one with patterned paper and then used some of the printed die-cut shapes from the Chips to decorate them just a bit more!

I can’t wait to give this quick & easy little gift to my friend, knowing that she will definitely have a use for the bottles in the future!  Happy BBQ season to you!

4th of July Gift Idea

Hi friends, Becki here, with a quick 4th of July Gift idea. This would be a great hostess gift for a 4th of July picnic or bbq. It took me about 15 minutes to put this gift together. I gathered supplies from several Pebbles collections and some chocolate Rolo candies.

4th of July gift idea by @jbckadams Becki Adams for @PebblesincI started by measuring the dark brown portion of the Rolos wrapper (I wanted to leave the gold foiled ends uncovered).

4th of July gift idea by @jbckadams Becki Adams for @Pebblesinc(After I got started with this project I realized that it would be really cute to make these with lifesavers. Using lifesavers would also be a little less likely to melt on a hot day.)

4th of July gift idea by @jbckadams Becki Adams for @PebblesincI used a tag from the Cottage Living collection as the base. I added some Thickers (Cottage Living collection), a rub on (Birthday Wishes collection), and a gold dot sticker (Cottage Living collection).  I finished the tag by stitching the Thickers into place with some gold thread.

4th of July gift idea by @jbckadams Becki Adams for @PebblesincThe last thing I did was wrap each roll of Rolo’s individually and then stack them together.

4th of July gift idea by @jbckadams Becki Adams for @PebblesincThe finishing touch was wrapping all three rolls with some bakers twine. Easy and quick! Now if I can just keep them away from my kids until the 4th of July.

Have a happy and safe 4th of July!
