Hello Pebbles friends! Marcia here today with a mini album I created to document my December. I don’t do December daily albums, but like a more scaled back approach. It allows me to document my life without the pressure of having to come up with something new every single day!

My mini album is approximately 5″x7″ and created in much the same way as my previous travel journals. This one however has a pretty gold ribbon to tie it shut. Here is a closer look at my cover…

The Merry Little Christmas collection has so many fabulous embellishments; ephemera die cuts, stickers, thickers … plus the most festive pattern papers. Inside I altered photo mats with 3″x4″ journal cards.

I love the look of transparent pages embellished with digital cut files. This FaLaLa tree is available at JustNick Studios.

I love the gingerbread ephemera and stickers in this collection. On these pages, I added a cut file gingerbread house border from Paige Taylor Evans that is available in the Silhouette store.

Here is a second transparent page, this time with a wreath cut from 3 different green cardstock shades. This cut file is available from JustNick Studios as well. You can also see snowflake flourishes on the previous page. The snowflake cut file is available in the Silhouette store.

The wreath will eventually frame the photo I add on the wintery page following.

Here is the back cover… I was having so much fun, I couldn’t help but decorate the back cover too. The Joy card is another JustNick Studio digital cut file.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great December. Maybe you would like to try to make a December mini album to document your special days too.
