Hello, Renee here today to share a Valentine’s Day Card and Quick Gift using the My Funny Valentine collection. Hope you all enjoyed Valentine’s Day with your loved ones. This card and stacked treat boxes gift set was given to Payton’s teacher for Valentine’s Day. I can see myself making this for a birthday, too. I loved using my We R Memory Keepers 123 Punch Board for this project! So cute!
I filled the boxes with sweet treats! Yum!
No adhesive here. I simply closed up the boxes, stacked them (heaviest treats went into the bottom box), and used green tulle (teacher’s favorite color) to tie them together and make a pretty bow.
I used a Raised Adhesive Dot to adhere this fun apple Die-Cut to the treat boxes that is just perfect for Payton’s teacher.
Here is the quick and simple 5″ x 6″ “Happy Heart Day” card made to go with the gift:
Love the Glitter Heart Stickers because the glitter stays put on my project and doesn’t fall off easily!

Hello Pebbles friends, Monique here sharing my 3D hearts cards with you. I said so before, I love Valentine’s Day and I love creating for it. Today I would like to show you three cards I created with the My Funny Valentine collection, even though Valentine’s Day has come and gone. I think every day is a perfect day to tell someone you love them or how terrific you think they are, so these cards can be sent any day (except maybe for the one with “Happy Valentines Day” on it).
I love adding a bit of extra texture and dimension to my cards, but as the cards should still fit in an envelope you can’t go overboard with this. Adding folded hearts like I did here is the perfect solution as they are super easy to fold back so they are flat again. Here’s a little photo collage showing how I created the card with the cute little piggie:
1: I punched three hearts and using a tiny attacher I stapled them on top of each other and folded the sides of the two top hearts up.
2: I cut a piece of cardstock (8 x 13 cm) and adhered the piggie sticker to it. I pierced three little holes in the card and threaded three pieces of twine through them, knotting them at one end.
3: Next I adhered the folded hearts on top of the pierced holes, so it looked like the twine is now attached to them.
4: Using a black pen I doodled around the four edges of the cardstock.
I cut a piece of patterned paper (9 x 14 cm) and matted the withe card with it and adhered it all on a folded piece of white cardstock. The finished card now measures 10 x 15 cm (= 4″ x 6″). With an extra (gold) heart sticker and a die-cut stapled to it the card is ready to be sent!
In this same way I created two more cards, using two more of those cute stickers as the centre piece of it all. Like these donuts, aren’t they super cute?! Of course I just had to use donut paper in the 3D hearts as well.
Or these little birdies?
I’m totally in love with this collection!
And because my planner was also lying on my desk my cards were lying on top of it and from this I got an idea for my planner!
And quickly created this as well:
This collection just makes me soooo happy! Hope you’ll have fun with it too!

Happy Valentine’s Day Friends! It’s Leanne here today and I’m so happy to be able to share a layout with you, using the gorgeous My Funny Valentine collection!! Have a look at all those pink and red tones! Just perfect for scrapbooking the ones you love.
The layout I am sharing today features the relationship I have with my teenage daughter. Lot’s of hugs and kisses.
It is not often that I get in front of the camera but this photo with my girl, was a great one to document with x’s and o’s trimmed from the collection’s mini paper pad.
Using the We R Memory Keepers mini alphabet punch board, I punched out two letter o’s. The x’s were free style cut as opposed to using the mini alphabet punch, as I felt the layout needed sharper lines instead of curves. I love that these letters form my title but before I added them to the page, I’ve built up a few layers of patterned paper to mount my photo on.
You may notice, I have also added layers between the layers. The ephemera dies and fussy cut flowers from the Pretty In Pink patterned paper, have been placed to overlap and draw the eye across my page with their splashes of colour. The puffy stickers are a fun element to add to the layers and clusters of patterned paper without too much distraction.
To complete my layout, I have typed my journaling onto excess cardstock and cut into strips. I then machine stitched each journaling phrase directly to my cardstock base. A few splashes of Heidi Swapp colorshine , a machine stitched border and I have a cute Valentine’s Day layout to add to my 2017 album.
I hope I have encouraged or inspired you to document your own Valentine’s Day memories. February is the perfect month to scrapbook any kind of relationship, so be sure to take advantage of all the pink and red colours in the My Funny Valentine collection. Thanks for visiting..x
