Easy Easter Cards

Hi Pebbles friends!  It’s Wendy Sue here today, sharing a set of easy Easter cards.  These cards are less “cutesy” and a bit more on the sophisticated side…but still super fun!  I used a simple shape from the Silhouette store and just a few products from the “Tealightful” collection to create this set of proper bunny cards:

They were really easy to put together.  Let me show you how!

Here’s what you’ll need to gather.  A bunny cut from floral patterned paper, a circle cut from patterned paper, washi tape, jute/twine, “happy easter” printed on cream cardstock, a cream cardstock card base, puffy stickers, and foam adhesive squares!

Start by trimming the sentiment into a banner shape and punching a small hole to create a tag.

Tie jute around the bunny’s neck and attach the tag.

Add foam adhesive squares to the back of the bunny and place it on the circle.

And for a bit of fun, add a coordinating floral puffy sticker to the inside bottom corner!

Now simply repeat the process for each card you would like to create.

Happy Easter Layout

Hello!  Renee here today to share a Happy Easter layout using the Tealightful collection.  I love documenting favorite activities especially during the holidays we celebrate with family.  Payton found the golden egg during an Easter egg hunt with her cousins and proudly showed it to me in this photo.  Never mind the large amount of eggs she found or the wonderful treats inside them because finding the golden egg was such a fun and happy moment.  It was the best!

I started this layout with the Bouquet pattern paper as my background.  I trimmed the Daydream pattern paper to 11 5/8″ x 11 5/8″ and added a pretty punched edge along the top and bottom with a bit of machine stitching.

I used an egg template to trace and cut out a few eggs from the Tea Party, Delicate Lace, and Floral Patchwork pattern papers for my layout.

I matted my photo using the Lanterns and Floral Patchwork pattern papers and added the eggs to my page.

Love all the embellishments added to this layout.  I used the sparkly Maggie Thickers for my title.  I love the bunny Sticker peeking out from behind an egg.  I love how the Transparent flower and bee Stickers look on this text pattern paper.  The snail Die-Cut is so adorable!

I fussy cut the “oh happy day” flower from the Tea Party Sentiments pattern paper.

I used the Crate Paper Maggie Holmes Confetti Flowers Dies to cut out the leaves for my Happy Easter layout.

I love the way the leaves look around the eggs and the rest of my page.  Such a fun layout to create!

Cute Little Easter Gift Boxes

Hello everyone, it’s Monique here today sharing a little Easter DIY project. Here in The Netherlands Spring is finally here! The weather has improved and the days are longer and I love what that means: Easter is around the corner! My kids love Easter and especially the hunt for the chocolate eggs my husband and I hide in the garden every year. That they love hunting for the chocolate eggs doesn’t mean that they also love to eat them … every year around August I have to throw away most of the Easter egg stash. This year I decided to do things a little differently. I won’t be hiding chocolate eggs, but little gift boxes with a little something inside (not chocolate!). For this purpose I created these 4 cute gift boxes using Pebbles’s Tealightful collection. I’ll definitely have to create a couple more, but I think these are super fun to begin with:

I used the We R Memory Keepers Pillow Box Punch Board to create the 6″x6″ gift boxes. These punch boards are super easy to use and in no time at all the boxes were ready.

To create the bunnies I used a digital cut file from Lori Whitlock I found in the Silhouette Store. The ribbon I used around the boxes comes from my own stash.

I adore all the soft colors and cute designs in this collection and I wanted to use as many of the patterned papers as possible. I decided to use different papers for both the boxes and the bunnies.

For the finishing touch I gave all the boxes one of the seriously sweet puffy stickers as well.

Easter Nest Gift

Hello Pebbles Friends! It’s Leanne here today sharing a cute little Easter Gift Idea with your favourite Pebbles Inc collection and some cardstock.

Create Easter Gifts using your favourite @PebblesInc collection and some cardstock as shared by @leanne_allinson.

In our house at Easter time we love to create little Easter egg nests and there’s nothing simpler than using beautiful patterned paper to achieve our goals! This year I have made miniature table top decorations but they are perfect for teacher’s or neighbour gifts. Here’s how I put them together.

step 1. Gather your supplies. I have used Pebbles Inc Tealightful, green cardstock, shredded tissue paper and a silhouette cutfile.

step 2.  Punch, freestyle cut or die cut a circle measuring 3″ wide. Punch a 1″ circle in the center. I have cut my circles using an electronic die cutting machine.

step 3.  Using a wet adhesive, glue the shredded tissue paper to the cardstock base. Shape the tissue paper to form a nest. The hole in the centre of the cardstock creates a resting place for any chocolate eggs to sit in. Trim any excess tissue paper from the cardstock base.

step 4. Using the same coloured cardstock, punch or die cut a leaf shape. I have used a design from The Cut Shoppe. Its simplicity in design suits my Easter gift style perfectly.

step 5. Add the cardstock leaves to the tissue paper nest.

step 6. Fussy cut flowers from your favourite patterned paper collection. I have chosen Tealightful Bouquet.

step 7. Adhere the fussy cut flowers to the far side of the Easter nest.

step 8. Make your own gift tags using cardstock. I have sized these tags to 1.25″x2.5″.

step 9. Add more patterned paper to the base of the tags from the Tealightful collection and punch a small hole at the top.

step 10. Complete your Easter Nest by adding a small patterned paper bow, created by using the We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch Board.

These gifts are small enough to hold in your hand but large enough to hold two mini chocolate eggs!

I can’t wait to share these with friends and family come Easter Time. Thanks for visiting today.

DIY Easter Home Decor

Hi everyone.  Heather Leopard here and I am excited to be kicking off Easter week with some DIY Easter home decor.

DIY Easter Decor and free cut file by @heatherleopard with the "Tealightful" collection by @PebblesInc #madewithpebbles #pebblesinc #DIYEaster #Easter #EasterHomeDecor #bunny #bunnycutfile

I created this using a circular pallet design concept, a free bunny cut file and the delightful Pebbles “Tealightful” collection. Here’s the supplies you’ll need to create this:

DIY Easter Decor and free cut file by @heatherleopard with the "Tealightful" collection by @PebblesInc #madewithpebbles #pebblesinc #DIYEaster #Easter #EasterHomeDecor #bunny #bunnycutfile

  • Pebbles Tealightful collection – paper, die cuts, stickers
  • Thickers or die cut sentiment
  • Canvas or pallet board
  • Download the free Bunny Cut File (Silhouette only) I created
  • Scissors
  • Adhesive

The first thing o do is to cut your grass.  I cut 2″x12″ strips and then fringe cut them to create a grass like feel.  I believe I used 7 strips in total. Once I had them all cut, I laid them out on the pallet to see how high I could place them.  Once I liked the way it looked, I adhered one over the other, starting at the top and layering each strip over the other until I reached the bottom.  I then wrapped the edges of the strips around the sides.

I used a 10″ circular pallet board so I made my largest bunny approximately 8 inches and then just scaled the other two down to approximately 5 inches and 3 inches. Once they were cut, I tucked them in the grass at varying heights, overlapping the large mommy bunny just slightly.

Next, I cut some bunting from the banner patterned paper. I chose to use triangle and circular buntings for this project.  Once these were cut, I placed them at the top and tucked them a bit under mommy bunny’s ears.

I used a combination of puffy stickers and a 3D rosette flower for the bunny tails and then just embellished with cardstock die cuts. To complete the page, I added a sentiment and cut little spring saying!
