Girly cards with the Hey Hello collection

Hello crafty friends, it’s Lucile! Today I find you for a new project! I really wanted to send cards to my friends and I found the Hey Hello collection perfect for this project! I love the women I find them too cute. I really wanted to use them to make my cards.

To make my cards, I cut two 15 x 20 cm white papers that I folded in half.

For my first card, I used a paper with words and pastel colors. I love this paper and I was looking forward to using it! Then I cut flowers from two different papers from the collection. Drawn flowers and colorful flowers.

For the composition of my card, I started by creating an angle with my flowers at the bottom of my card. I also put flowers in the opposite corner at the top of my card. Then I cut the two women in a paper collection and I stuck with 3D foam to add volume. Finally, I added a label with my message.

For my second card, I used the same elements: drawn flowers, colored flowers and a woman. I started by cutting my flowers in half to create two lines of flowers. These flowers define a frame in my card.

I cut my wife in a paper from the collection, I stuck with 3D foam. Then I added labels to write down my message. Finally, I stuck a sticker with golden foliage patterns.
I hope you liked these two girly cards with the Hey Hello collection from Pebbles, see you soon for a new creation!

Gift Boxes With Hey, Hello

Hello Pebbles friends! Marcia here today. With most people around the world right now sheltering in place to help reduce the spread of coronavirus, no birthday parties or wedding receptions or baby showers or celebrations of any kind involving groups of people are happening. I want to make sure some special people in my life still feel loved even if we cannot be together for special events. My Mother-in-law just turned 80 and I couldn’t even give her a hug! I decided to make some little gift boxes to deliver to some special people with some goodies inside. I used two coordinating sheets of 12×12 of pattern papers from the beautiful Hey, Hello collection and decorated my boxes with tags that can be cut from pattern paper. Boxes are easy to make. I used a cut file from SVGcuts , but they can also be made without using a cutting machine.

The Hey, Hello collection is perfect for special occasions of all kinds, like birthdays.

There is plenty of room inside for cupcakes, donuts, or cookies.

Layer up a couple tags and a ribbon on the top to make your box so festive looking.

This next gift box could be used for a birthday as well, but I’m giving it to a girl who will be graduating from high school. Commencements have been canceled. I can put candy, gift cards, or cash inside.

I added a tag cut from pattern paper to the top along with a die cut phrase ephemera piece and some ribbon.

But don’t think this collection is just for kids… This beautiful floral box went to my Mother-in-law. It would be perfect for Mother’s Day too. There are lots of other beautiful floral papers that would make lovely gift boxes.

I put her favorite chocolates inside. Once again I adorned my box with ribbon, a tag, die cut ephemera, and cut paper leaves.

Do you have anyone special you can’t be with right now? Why not create a special gift box for them. You don’t need a special occasion to tell someone your thinking of them.

Hey, Hello Cards

Hello Pebbles friends! Marcia back today. I’ve been playing with the beautiful new Hey, Hello collection from Jen Hadfield. This collection is a cardmakers dream! So many elements that can be layered to make gorgeous cards for any occasion; Birthday, Sympathy, Thank You, Thinking of You, and so much more. The first cards I created were birthday cards. I always need birthday cards. I bet you do too. Check these out…

This little hedgehog is the cutest! He is all ready to celebrate with you!! The Hey, Hello collection has a sheet of 12×12 pattern paper full of tags like this one. They are excellent for cardmaking layered over a couple other pieces of pattern paper.

There is also a sheet of 12×12 pattern paper with 3×4 journal cards perfect for cardmaking as well. This card features an adorable sloth.

Then I made a sympathy and a thank you card using beautiful florals and black pattern paper for striking contrast.

My sympathy card is also made from a 3×4 journal card. I added some florals for dimension, a dainty bow, and a few nuvo drops for interest.

There is another 12×12 sheet of pattern paper with 2×2 squares, giving you another option for layering on cards.

This last one might be my favorite. I tucked in some fussy cut florals and used lots of layers. Another bow and nuvo drops add interest. My tip for cardmaking: Use some foam dots to help separate the layers like I did here.

Thank you so much for stopping by! If you are a cardmaker, this is one collection you NEED!

Spring is just around the corner and what better way to prepare than to create a layout filled with flowers? The new Hey! Hello line has lovely patterns filled with flowers, birds and friendship sentiments, it is a collection perfect for everyday projects!

I started my project by making some rolled flowers with patterned paper. You can make them in your cutting machine but I used just my scissors and relaxed while watching a tv series.

“Hello Summer” Layout

Hi friends, it’s Wendy Sue here today – did you know that tomorrow is officially the first day of Summer? (And my sister’s birthday – happy b-day, sis!) We don’t have any big vacation plans this year, but I have plenty of photos from summer vacations we’ve taken the last few years, so instead of being sad about having to cancel this year’s vacation, I’m reminiscing by scrapbooking previous trips.

Exactly three years ago, we took our kids on an RV trip up to Yellowstone. It was so much fun and I am so grateful we were able to take this trip! I have more photos than I’ll ever scrapbook, but some of my favorites are just random pictures of the kids all together. So that’s what I included on this page. (Also, note that they are wearing coats and hoodies in one picture – there was SNOW in Yellowstone in JUNE!!)

I used products from a couple of different collections – “Hey Hello” and “Fun & Fun” plus a strip of orange washi from “Happy Hooray!” I love when you can mix and match collections to get just the right vibe!

I used thickers for the pink title on the bottom of my page and I couldn’t resist adding the two dots from the exclamation points (!!) to add some pink cheeks to the sunshine!

You’ll also spy a bit of machine stitching as well – it’s probably one of my all-time favorite techniques!

Of course I had to use foam adhesive behind some of the printed die-cuts because I love adding subtle touches of dimension!

So whether you have big plans for this summer or if you’re choosing to stay home, you can still enjoy all the summer memories by creating a layout! What are your summer plans? Are you scrapbooking? We’d love to see what you’re up to – drop a comment below!!
