Nothing But Love

Hello Pebbles friends! Marcia here today. When asked to do a monochromatic project, my first thought was to fussy cut out a bunch of pink flowers from one of the beautiful floral pattern papers Pebbles is so known for. I had many options to pick from but ended up selecting a pattern paper from the Lovely Moments collection. I liked that there were three different pink flowers in this pattern that could easily be fussy cut out. I also wanted a simple background so my flowers would get all the attention. This black and white polka dot was perfect.

Underneath the fussy cut flowers I placed stems and leaves cut from a white cardstock. Partial flowers can be tucked behind a photo. The floral clusters that were intact were placed over my photo using some foam adhesive to give dimension. You can see I also added some flower stickers and puffy dots to the background.

I created my title by combining the “Nothing But” phrase Thickers with the larger “LOVE” Thickers, arranging them along the top of my photo and then down the side. I like how the two font sizes add interest.

In the die cut phrase ephemera pack I found this card, “I’m so glad I found you”. I thought it was appropriate for my layout. My daughter found her dog Nana at the Humane Society and she fell in love with her! I upped the cuteness factor by adding this adorable bunny as well.

I love how soft and feminine this layout turned out. Take another look at your floral pattern papers and give fussy cutting a try. I think you will be happy with the results too.

Hello Pebbles friends!! It’s Wendy Sue back today, sharing a quick and easy card set featuring a monochromatic theme! It’s been a long time since I’ve attempted a monochromatic project, and I’d forgotten how much fun it is! There were many colors I could have chosen – so many gorgeous options from so many awesome Pebbles collections – but ultimately, I settled on the beautiful pink/coral color from the “This is Family” collection.

I loved flipping through the gorgeous paper stack, choosing matching colors and mixing fun patterns. Then, digging through my big glass jar filled with buttons, I was able to find the perfect accents for my card set. It was fun and easy, and after I chose the supplies, the cards came together so easily! Here’s what you’ll need for each card:

And here’s the easy process of assembling all the pieces:
Start with the blank card base, add the largest blog of patterned paper, then place the diagonally cut piece on top, lining up the edges.

Hey everyone, Michelle here today with a new layout to share using the Peek A Boo You Girl collection and a cut file from Paige Evans. Our theme this week is monochromatic. I’ve always loved doing these types of layouts. I love how soft they look.

I used various shades of pink on my layout. I cut out the cut file in white to add some contrast.

The embellishments in this collection are so sweet. I just added a few so that it wouldn’t be too busy with my background.

I can’t believe this sweet girl is already 16, seems like yesterday she was this little.

Thanks for stopping by!

Super Easy Envelope Cards | Terhi

Hi Friends! Terhi here with a super simple but very creative idea for your next cards to make.

Sunny summer starts soon and as usual, I want to make sure I have couple of spare cards to give away if needed. And I like the cards to be themed with the ongoing season. Therefore, Sun and Fun papers and embellishments are playing the main role with these cards.

To create a simple envelope, I used We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch Board. It’s very easy to use and in just a couple of minutes I had envelope in my hands just in a size I wanted to.

In order to use the envelope both as a card and an envelope, I didn’t add any adhesives. To replace glue and all other permanent attachments, I only added some washi tapes to close the envelopes. This way the receiver can open it, read it, and again close it.

The front sides of the envelopes are decorated with Sun and Fun ephemera and couple of layered flowers I had left from creating a wreath (link).

To make the cards matching any occasion I chose to use sentiments like “Hooray!” or “Hello there!”, as these are not preferring to specific celebrations. “Hellos” can be said any day, just to wish a happy day!

Finally to finish up the cards I added some fussy cut butterflies here and there. The butterflies and puffy dot stickers makes the perfect details for the lovely layered cards.

Hope you feel inspired!

Hello everyone! Eva on the blog today sharing two interactive cards made with the lovely Happy Cake Day line.

Create an interactive birthday card that will wow your friends with this tutorial from @evapizarrov using the Happy Cake day Line by @pebblesinc

This line is perfect for all your celebrations! The designs are playful and fun and you can use it for an adult birthday party and a child also! it is super versatile!

To create these cards, I started by cutting a card base, a patterned paper, and a 3,5-inch circle.

I also cut a 3,5-inch circle to use as my template. I pierced a hole in the middle and also cut the 1-inch window I was going to use for my card.

I searched my patterned paper for a big birthday cake and found it in this paper. It was the perfect size for my card!

Next, I used my template to pierce the center hole and the window on my patterned paper. This step is very important because you want all your elements to be aligned perfectly.

After that, I used a brad to hold the patterned paper and the circle together and added my cake with 3d dots on top.

Next, cut different animals from the patterned paper and glued them on the window. To allow the wheel to turn easily, I punched the edge of my card with a circle punch.

The puffy dots are super fun and add a festive touch to the card.
