Christmas Canvas

Hey everyone, Michelle here today with a new project to share using the Merry Little Christmas collection. As I was walking through my local dollar store the other day, I came across these 12×12 canvases and thought how perfect for a paper project!

This was such a fun and simple project to make. I used beautiful papers from this collection with a cut file from Lori Whitlock. Look how cute that truck is with the hearts paper!

I used some 3D squares to pop up a few of the embellishments to add some more dimension.

This was really a quick project but I love how it turned out. I can’t wait to display it in my house!

Thanks for stopping by!

Embroidery hoop decor is timeless and classy! You may think it only works with paper… but we think differently! Here are some fun and easy ways to accent embroidery hoops in just a little time and with one set of paper and embellishments!

Have you seen the project pads at JOANN stores? Here is the cover of the one for This is Family – isn’t it great?

This (along with your sewing machine, a photo, adhesive and embroidery hoops) are all you need to make this set of decor. Want to get a close up look at each one to see how they came together?

Let us know if you make these (or anything similar) by tagging us on social media with #pebblesinc and #madewithpebbles. We can’t wait to see how your turn out!

Christmas crafts with Terhi

Hello everyone, Terhi here again!
It’s November and it seems this is appropriate time to get some Christmas crafts done first time this year. I took our photos from last year and put some of them to this sweet little mini album I created using Merry Little Christmas. Let me show how it looks.

The mini book is totally and completely inspired by the diagonal striped paper called Oh Christmas Tree. The paper has all the colors this line includes and it’s so pretty.
I folded the paper over a card board to form covers for the book. Took some time and lots of double sided tape, but I like the result! Then I made couple of cute little pom poms to decorate the back of the mini book.

There are seven spreads inside the book, and the strings from the pom poms keeps the pages in place.
Maybe I should have recorded a video of the making to show you how it was done. Do you think I should create another one? Please leave a comment here, I’d love to know.

Each spread has a photo or two on one page, and very simple embellishments on the other page. Love the ephemera pieces in this sweet collection as there’s pieces of snowmen dancing and reindeers laughing, so many fun and even unexpected elements.

To keep the simple style through the mini book, the cover has quite simple embellishments too. Only some flowers with trees on the background, and more ephemera as a title.

Are you already in the mood for Christmas? What kind of projects you’re creating?
Thank you so much for coming here today!
