Layered Flower Tutorial by Terhi

Hello everyone!
Terhi here to inspire you with a very simple and easy tutorial about layering paper flowers. I will explain it to you, and I also have a video tutorial for you to watch so you can see how it’s all done.

To be honest, I could spend a lifetime just cutting and layering paper. Unfortunately (well, actually fortunately!) that’s not possible, but I do spent a lot of time fussy cutting my favourite papers from Pebbles collections. Adding fussy cut flowers and other shapes to layouts is fun, but sometimes one flat piece of paper is not enough – and this is a problem this post answers.

Often the shapes and images you fussy cut are very detailed. And just as often our use of scissors isn’t as detailed and even as the image or shape. This could cause a problem, but what if you turn your thoughts from a problem to a free way of adding more interest to the layout?
Sounds much better to me!

To create those lovely layered flowers, which you can see in the photographs here, do this:
1. Fussy cut flowers. A lot!
2. Decide how many layers you want to have.
3. Attach two similar flowers together with a drop of glue or use thin 3D foam to avoid waiting the glue to dry.
4. Enjoy your masterpiece and use it in your next project!
