Triangles and Beach Walks with Terhi

Hello lovelies! Terhi here with another layout (and a process video) made with my new favorite collection: Chasing Adventures.

During the last month or so our family has gone through all kind of illnesses, like the rest of the world too. During the time of runny noses and fevers the idea of calming scrapbooking is usually gone and sitting in front of pretty items isn’t so tempting, if even possible. After this kind of times getting back on track might feel overwhelming.
What’s your secret to get over it?
Mine is going with the most beautiful products and taking it easy.

By saying “taking it easy” I don’t only mean taking time to heal first, but making easy projects. Like this layout, it must be the simplest layout I have ever done. There is nothing tricky, only papers, embellishments and some color added with Creative Devotion Gel Crayons.

While I was still coughing and watching movies, I thought sometimes scrapbook-related could be done from the sofa. I chose one of the flower papers from Chasing Adventures and started cutting. Fussy cutting made me instantly feel better.

After I felt strong enough, I took my camera and started filming.
Hope you like what you see!

It’s A Girl!

Hello Pebbles friends! Marcia here today. Our theme this week has been party invites. Since I am helping to plan a baby shower for my nephew and his new wife who are expecting a girl, I decided to go with a baby shower theme. The Pebbles Loves Me collection was perfect with all those pretty pink pattern papers and cute die cut ephemera pieces and stickers. I found this cute umbrella bag digital cut file at SVGcuts and could not wait to make these. They are going to look so fabulous on tables at the baby shower! I could fill them with snacks. They would also be awesome as small gift bags.

Each umbrella is created from two different pattern papers. They are not full umbrellas, rather the back is flat. This left space for me to stamp “It’s A Girl!” and then embellish with die cuts and stickers. Each one is different.

There are adorable sloths adorning the handles of each umbrella as well as bows.

Don’t pack your Loves Me collection away just yet … Valentines Day is over, but this collection can do double duty for baby girls, Easter, Mother’s Day and so much more!

Let’s party with Bigtop Dreams collection !

Hello friends it’s Lucile ! I find you to create cards to organize a party! What’s better than the new Bigtop Dreams collection for the occasion? It’s perfect for your party, birthday or other cards. I love the bright colors and cute characters around the circus theme.

Today, I propose to make two easy cards with rosettes paper. To achieve them it’s very simple: you cut a strip of paper that you fold accordion then you paste the ends to achieve a circle. You can find the full video tutorial at the end of the article.

To make the first card, I started by making a frame with a blue paper from the collection. Then I created several rosettes of different sizes in different papers in red and yellow tones. Then I arranged them to make a diagonal. In the center, I added die cuts to decorate my card. I ended up adding stars.

I glued my rosettes on each other to give a volume effect to my card. For that I used my glue gun and 3D foams.

To make the second card, I used the same blue paper as the first card to make the background. Then I made a rosette but I made only half for glued in an arc on the top of my card. Then I add my message and a die cuts that I love! I ended up adding stars.

I hope these cards will please you and that you will want to create with the collection Bigtop Dreams. We find ourselves very quickly for a new creation. See you soon !

Step right up party invites

Hey everyone, Michelle here today sharing some fun birthday party invitations. Did you all get a chance to see the newest Pebbles collection that was revealed last week? It’s called Big Top Dreams. It includes bright, bold colors and fun, playful prints. It is perfect for scrapbooking, card making, party decor and more.

I purchased a few cut files from the silhouette store for this project. I was looking for idea when I came across this circus tent card and it was absolutely perfect for this collection. I used some bright not too busy patterns to create my tent. Then I added this Step Right Up sticker to the front. It turned out absolutely adorable.

For the inside I used the same paper and cut out the words You’re invited on my Cameo. I then just added a few little stickers and it was done. Such a fun and easy project!

I also made this cute little party hat with a Silhouette cut file. I cut out some half circles and glued them to the bottom to create the scallop effect. For the “pom-pom” I cut out some paper strips and curled them with my scissors. The same was as you would curl ribbon.

Seriously though, what kid wouldn’t love to receive a fun party invitation like this. Here’s a tip, fill the invitation with confetti! The parents won’t mind I swear! 😉

Thanks for stopping by!

Hello everyone, it’s Eva on the blog today showing you how to create a fun interactive invite for your next event.

Create a Spinner invite for your next party following this tutorial from @evapizarrov using the new @pebblesinc collection Big Top Dreams

The Big Top Dreams collection it is perfect to create projects for kids, the designs are playful and as soon as I saw these little monkeys I knew I wanted to use them on this spinner invite.

To create this invite, cut a 3 x 3 inch card on white cardstock and a slightly smaller piece of patterned paper.

I added the “You Are Invited” phrase on the inside using my Precission Press Advanced. This tool is perfect to create lots of cards or invites and the best part is that you achieve perfect results everytime!

Next, use two concentric circles to create a “track” on the center of your card. Tip: Use washi tape to avoid the circles to move and to maintain your inner circle centered all the time.

Flip your patterned paper and add 3d foam strips on the sides and center of your paper. Make sure the foam is not very close to you track otherwise your shape will not spin.

Cut a small space on your “track” and glue your spinning design with a circle 3d foam dot. On the back use a small coin.

Turn your invite around and glue it to your cardstock base. Finally, remove the circle and the washi tape.

Because the little monkey spins all around the invite I couldn’t add too many decorations. I only added a “Step right up” sentiment that you can find in the Sticker Book, it was the perfect touch!

Here you can see the spinner invite in action. I kept the original audio so you can hear how the monkey moves all around the card.

I am sure kids are going to love the invites! And you can personalized them with other designs or shapes! Thanks for joining me and I hope you give these invites a try!
