Hello Pebbles’ fans and welcome to our blog! I’m Eva and today I want to share with you a Fall Wreath layout using Pebbles’ new Halloween and Fall line called Spooky Boo.
Here in Chile, we don’t have big celebrations for Halloween. Children do get all dressed up and asks for sweets but we don’t decorate our houses or give out cards or anything. With this in mind, I am always looking for a way to incorporate the lovely Halloween lines into my everyday projects.
The new Spooky Boo line is super cute and it also has great fall patterns that you can use on your everyday layouts or mini albums. This line has leaves and flowers that I thought would be perfect to create a Fall Wreath Layout.
I started by cutting a huge wreath on this cute leaf paper. I love that the leaves are small so you can see them on the die cut.
Next, I cut it in half. On the right side I put my journaling and on the left side I put my photo and my title.
I decorated my wreath with die cuts, stickers and puffy stickers. I even took a label sticker that had a halloween sentiment on top and used it by covering the sentiment with white cardstock.
On the right side I wrote my journaling and used my Square Guide to make sure my lines were absolutely straight. I love that tool!
Finally, I added some paint splatters and lifted and shaped a bit of the leaves from the wreath to give more dimension to my project.
I think this Fall Wreath layout was super fun and I loved that I could use the Halloween line to create a non-Halloween project! How about you, do you use your themed lines for everyday projects too?
Have a great day!
Eva
