Hi friends!  I don’t know about you, but I feel like everyone is getting new puppies lately!  I have so many friends who are welcoming new additions, of the four-legged variety, to their families – and each one feels like the new addition truly is part of the family.  Which leads me to think…then I should be treating them like a new addition to the family as well!  I decided to use these new “Night Night” products to create some new baby cards – with the addition of the little puppy paw print, they are perfect for my friends!

The cards are simple – just square bases with a few layers.

Of course, I had to add some machine stitching to one of the layers (because I love machine stitching).

And after that, it was just about adding the paw print (cut with my digital die cut machine) and some pretty stars!

I decided to do a boy and a girl version so I’d have an extra one in my stash.

On a side-note…did you know that today is “Love your Pet Day?” If you have a pet, be sure to show them a little extra love!  If you don’t have a pet, maybe you could whip up a card and buy a treat for a friend’s pet!!

Hello everyone! Eva Pizarro here on the blog showing you how to create a One Page Mini Album using the Forever My Always Line.

Create a One Page Mini Album in a few minutes with this tutorial from @evapizarrov using the new Forever My Always Line from @pebblesinc

I don’t know about you but I love to make Mini Albums! Unfortunately, they are very time consuming and I always end up making a multi-photo layout. For this post, I decided to make a quick mini using one of my favorite techniques and only one sheet of paper. Actually, half a sheet.

I started with a 6×12 inch paper and scored my paper every 2 inches, I rotated it and scored 3 inches on the short side.

Next, I cut my paper in half leaving only one square attached (cut through the scored line) and bend it forming an accordion.

I placed double sided tape on the blue sides of my pages and created the mini book.

I decorated it with 2×3 inch black and white photos and small die cuts.

To close the mini album I used a pink ribbon and I also made a small tag to embellish it.

The mini is very simple and holds pictures of the persons I love the most: My husband, my little one Lorenzo and my two little girls.

I also used some phrases from a patterned paper and some puffy hearts to embellish each page.

This mini is super quick and uses only a few supplies! It is perfect as a brag book and you can use the same technique and make it in other sizes!

Thanks for joining me today and I hope you give this mini a chance! If you do please share it with me in the comments! I would love to see it!

Forever My Always projects with Guest Enza Gudor!

Hello everyone! My name is Enza Gudor, and I am so excited to be here this month to share some projects with you. I have always loved Pebbles collections, so I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to create with one of my favorite lines: Forever My Always.

This first project is a layout. Although I love all kinds of crafts, I’m a scrapbooker at heart. For the “Who do you love” theme this week, I decided to go with a picture of my little ones.

Guest blogger @enzam78 worked her Forever my Always paper into beautiful projects! Thanks for joining us, we know you'll be inspired! @pebblesinc

My idea was to create a soft and sweet layout that complemented the photo. As it often happens, I started with a cut file. I love all the tiny butterflies on the background, and the dreamy and whimsical look they bring to the page. I layered some of them with vellum for more dimension, while I kept the other ones as a single layer to let the mint patterned paper peek through. Most of them were hand-stitched down to keep them in place.

Since the background was pretty busy, I decided to limit myself with the rest of the embellishments. How difficult it was! I love every single piece in this collection! I simply adhered the photo down with foam adhesive for dimension and framed it with stickers and die-cuts. The dimensional rosettes, as well as the floral images and sweet sentiments, are absolutely lovely.

To balance the bottom left corner and to finish the layout, I layered three of the Foil and Foam Sticker hearts in the opposite corner of the page.

My second project is a card/gift duo. Random Acts of Kindness Day is coming up next week, so I thought it would be fun to share how I’m planning to surprise and lift someone’s spirit with an unexpected card or small present.

Guest blogger @enzam78 worked her Forever my Always paper into beautiful projects! Thanks for joining us, we know you'll be inspired! @pebblesincFor the card, I mostly used the 6×6 Paper Pad. The smaller patterns are perfect for the 5’x5′ inch format of this card.

Guest blogger @enzam78 worked her Forever my Always paper into beautiful projects! Thanks for joining us, we know you'll be inspired! @pebblesincThe circular rosette inspired the floral design. The cut file I used for the top layer lets the fun polka dot paper come through and bring in a contrasting color. I tucked some floral die-cuts and stickers on opposite sides of the rosette and added some enamel dots as a finishing touch.

The little gift box was a lot of fun to make!

After assembling the box, which I cut with my electronic die cutting machine out of several patterned papers from the collection, I started working on the lid to recreate the same floral idea of the card. First, I glued the ribbon in place to keep it from moving. I went on building the layers of the flowers by adhering the following elements on top of each other: die-cut petals (which I curved a little to make them look more realistic), fussy-cut leaves, and the heart rosette that I love so much. I find that the sentiment is perfect and the dimension it adds is fantastic!

I finished it all with some foliage from my stash.

I hope you have found some inspiration in my projects today. Thank you so much Pebbles for having me as your guest this month! Have a lovely day!

Create beautiful waterfall cards for Valentine’s Day!

Happy Valentine’s Day Pebbles Friends!!! It’s Leanne here today, sharing a Forever My Always interactive project that you will love! It is so easy to create beautiful waterfall cards for Valentine’s Day that include your very own special messages. You will love the end result so much, I can guarantee you will create multiples of these cards just for fun! Check out the step by step guide below.

Valentines Day Waterfall Card

Gather you supplies.

step 1. I have used the new Forever My Always collection and in particular, the XOXO Quotes patterned paper. These 3″x4″ cut apart cards are ready to be used for a quick assembly. Choose your five favourite sentiments.

Valentines Day Waterfall Card

Assembling the card.

step 2. Trim a piece of white cardstock to 12″x3.25″. The width of the cardstock is important if you want your waterfall card to have a small white border around the outside edge of the 3″x4″ cut aparts.

step 3. Score fold lines in the white cardstock. These lines are measured, starting at where the top of the cut apart card will sit on the cardstock. Allow a small white border on the lower edge of the cut apart for consistency with the rest of the card. Mark the position of the cut apart and score your first fold line. Score four more lines at 1cm intervals.

step 4. Adhere a small strip of double sided tape to the very top of the cut apart card where the last 3″x4″ note will be revealed. Adhere it to the cardstock directly below the original scored fold line. Add more strips of double sided tape between each of the remaining fold lines.

step 5. Carefully add the remaining 3″x4″ cards to the adhesive strips. It is important not to add adhesive to any other area or the waterfall card will not have a smooth action.

Card Movement.

step 6. Trim a 1cm x 12″ strip of additional white cardstock.

step 7. Position this cardstock strip underneath the waterfall card and fold the strip to allow it to wrap around the width of the card. Trim the excess.

Valentines Day Waterfall Card

step 8. This step is tricky. It is important to only add adhesive to the tabs of the cardstock strip that will sit directly below the bottom 3″x4″ cut apart card. The cardstock strip at the back of the waterfall card needs to be adhesive free for the card to work.

step 9. Create a tab with the excess white cardstock base by marking and cutting a pennant/triangle pull down edge.

Embellishing and finishing.

step 10. Embellish the reverse side of each 3″x4″ card with patterned paper or personalised love notes.

Valentines Day Waterfall Card

To move your card, gently hold the edges where the cardstock strip is situated. Pull down on the tab and watch the love notes be revealed.

Valentines Day Waterfall Card

Create more beautiful waterfall cards with the rest of this new collection. Why not try a smaller version using the Forever My Always Love Notes patterned paper. Thanks for visiting the blog today..x
