Hi, Renee here to share a holiday home décor idea with a Dear Santa Letter Board using the Home by DCWV Black & White Letter Board.  We start decorating our home for Christmas the day after Thanksgiving.  This letter board will make a wonderful addition!  And, I can change it up during the month of December with fun messages or favorite quotes.

A “Forever My Always” Gift Bag to express Gratitude

Hello Pebbles fans! It’s Monique here sharing a quick and easy “Forever My Always” project created for “Gratitude Week” here on Pebbles blog. Most of the time when I’m someone very grateful I want to bring a gift. Here in The Netherlands that gift is often a bunch of flowers, but once in a while I want to give something else, like for example a gift card. So, for today I decided to create a little gift bag for a gift card. As I had been waiting for an opportunity to use the fantastic Forever My Always collection I decided now was the time! Here’s what I created:

Forever My Always gratitude gift bags created by @moniqueliedtke with the #Forever_My_Always collection by @PebblesInc #madewithpebbles #pebblesinc #forever_my_always_gift_bags #gift_card

I started my project by selecting a two patterned papers from the Forever My Always collection plus the gold dotted cardstock and using my Silhouette I cut three gift card bags (3″x 4 1/4″):

Next I folded the bags, but didn’t glue them together just yet. I wanted to use my tiny attacher to adhere the embellishments on the front of the gift bag and that’s easier when the gift bag isn’t glued closed on three sides. I used a few more of the beautiful Forever My Always patterned papers, a couple of Forever My Always die-cuts and two of the Heart of Home tag labels:

When the embellishing of the front of the gift bag was done I glued the sides together using some American Crafts double-sided sticky red tape and the gift card bag was finished. Super easy and quick! Here are the gift bags one by one:

Isn’t the Forever My Always collection awesome?! I can’t wait for an opportunity to play some more with it.

Thank you so much for stopping by our blog today. As today is my last day on Pebbles’ blog as a member of the Design Team I want to take the opportunity to thank you & Pebbles for an amazing time I have had being on the team. I have loved being able to play with all the new collections and create fun projects for you! I hope I’ll continue to see you all on the world wide web somewhere.  If you want to know where to find me, then these are the places you’ll find me most: my blog, my facebook page, my Instagram account and my Pinterest account. Letterboard Love | Say It With A Quote

Hi everyone.  Heather Leopard is here and I’m super excited to the playing with my new DCWV letter board. It’s seriously awesome and I’m pretty sure my letterboard love inspired me to create a love themed sentiment.  I’m sure I’ll switch it out to Christmas but for now, how about a little “XOXO”?

I couldn’t wait to open my box to see what surprise we had in store for us from DCWV. I am oh so thankful to get this.  I mean, really, with a few alphas and the fun letterboard embellishments, the possibilities are nearly endless.

Check out my haul

I was elated to find home, birthday and love themed goodness so I was set but have you seen the other letterboard posts?  Check out the goodies some of the other design team members got, including Christmas!

Forever my always

After I tore apart each package and sorted them into some plastic bins to get organized, I kept getting drawn to the Love theme.  I seriously think it was because I I was in love with everything I got but anyway, I decided on the quote, “You will forever be my always” – author unknown.

I started placing each letter but I noticed some of the letters still had pieces of plastic where they were previously connected so I pulled out my trusting crafting files.

I just filed those little bits away, with a little help from my daughter. I really don’t think anyone but me would have noticed but it’s much better now.

I have to say, I’ve had letterboards before but I love how big these are and the materials they used but my favorite things are the incredible mix of alphas and embellishments.  The embellishments add the perfect finishing touch.

I’m pretty sure this will be switched out for Christmas this week but for now, I thought this Letterboard love would be a great reminder for my family.

Use A Letter Board To Count Down To The Holidays!

Hello everyone! Happy Thanksgiving to those of you who are celebrating today! It’s Monique on the blog sharing how awesome the new DCWV letter boards are! I love counting down to the holidays & other celebrations… I love the air of anticipation and the happy feeling surrounding the holiday season and therefore I love a count down. The new DCWV letter boards are so perfect for this! Like this one I created for Thanksgiving:

Count Down Letter Board Idea by @moniqueliedtke for @PebblesInc.I used a few die-cuts and a sticker from the Heart of Home collection to embellish the board a bit more. As the board has a smooth surface it’s easy to stick stickers or a light adhesive tape to it and remove it again later on (although I did make the stickers a little bit less adhesive by sticking them to my jeans a few times first).

The board measures 16″ x 20″ and comes with 188 one inch characters. There are many coordinating products available to pair with the board like hand-lettered words, icons and other additional letter packs. The black 1″ letters were included in the box with the letter board and the pink 2″ letters are an example of a set of extra letters:

I loved playing with my board and my kids did too!

I just love the different looks of the letters and words!

And just because I wanted to play with my board some more I decided to change the text from “count down to Thanksgiving” into “count down to Christmas”. In no time at all I was done:

Aren’t the Christmas icons fun?! This time I added a few die-cuts from the new Pebbles’ Merry Merry collection!

This board is totally addictive! Every time I find myself near it I want to play with it some more! Can’t wait to hear what you think of it! And just for fun I’m adding a quick close-up of the Christmas layout you in the photo next to the letter board:

I created a Christmas tree in the layout using the paper weaving technique and added a photo from last year with my hubby and the kids. I used lots of  bits and pieces, all from Pebbles’ Merry Merry collection. Such a fun collection!!

This is it for now. Thank you so much for stopping by our blog today and wishing you a happy holiday season!

xxx Monique

Thankful Heart Layout using Heart of Home

Hi, Renee here today to share a Thankful Heart layout using the Jen Hadfield Heart Of Home collection.  There is nothing like the month of November and the Thanksgiving holiday to remind us of how blessed we are to have our family.  I am so thankful, grateful, and blessed to have my family.  They forever have my heart.

Thankful Heart Layout by @reneezwirek using the #HeartOfHome collection by @pebblesinc and @Tatertots and Jello .com

To start my Thankful Heart layout, I trimmed the Heart of Home patter paper to 6 ½” x 12″ and adhered it along the bottom of the Antique Tile pattern paper.

Wooden alphabet stamps and black Zing! Glitter Embossing Powder together add a bit more to my title.

My 5″ x 7″ photo is adhered above my heat embossed words.  I used the “thankful heart” Family Phrases Thickers for the title of my page.

Love the cluster of embellishments here including Dimensional Stickers, die-cuts, and accent stickers.

Of course, I couldn’t resist adding a butterfly die-cut with the flowers.

I finished off my page with a few splatters of Golden Color Mist.  I also added photo corners using the Stitched Together pattern paper.

Thanks for stopping by the Pebbles blog today!  Hope you enjoyed my Thankful Heart layout.  For more layout inspiration using the Heart Of Home collection, check out Eva’s Circle Grid Layout.
