Today I want to share a simple idea which will help you collate all the bits and pieces that can be gathered as memorabilia.
Start by creating a small 3″x4″ envelope using the We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punchboard.
Trim the top of the envelope off and punch half a circle where the leaf has been removed. Add the pocket to your layout.
As my layout is about the birthday boy eating a donut, I’ve punched out a circle from the Beary Sweet Patterned Paper to represent a donut. I then used a scallop punch to look like teeth marks on the donut circle.
Complete your layout and journaling, then add any extra memorabilia to the pocket.
It’s a basic idea, but I love how the pocket on your page can help keep special items safe or alternatively, can be used to keep your journaling private.
Thanks for visiting the Pebbles blog today. I hope I have inspired you to add a pocket or two to your next project..x
