Hi there!  Renee here to share a trio of bootiful Halloween Cards using the Midnight Haunting collection.  It’s time to get ready for my favorite time of year and celebrate my favorite holiday!  Halloween!  I always love seeing the new  Halloween collections that come out.  They get cuter every year.  Midnight Haunting is filled with adorable icons that are too cute to spook and the pattern papers are perfect!

These bootiful Halloween cards started with black cardstock trimmed to make 5″ x 7″ cards.  I centered a decorative die-cut on the front of the cards and used my machine to cut the shapes out of each card.

I trimmed pretty pattern papers to 4 ¾” x 6 ¾”, centered the same decorative die-cut and used my machine to die-cut the papers.

Then I layered the papers to the card bases and added machine stitching around the decorative opening.  The only thing left to do was to embellish each card.  The best part!

This first card uses the Pumpkin Patch pattern paper.  I centered a “Hello Bootiful” Thicker Sticker in the card window and added adorable die-cut ghosts.  A Mini Pumpkin Puffy Sticker and fussy cut flowers finish off the card.

My second card uses the Hauntingly Beautiful pattern paper.  I added a moon and stars Stickers in the window opening.  A leaf Sticker and fussy cut flower sit with a cute die-cut owl.  I loved adding the Mini Puffy Sticker Eyes to the owl.  The perfect size!

The last card uses the Eyes On You pattern paper.  I decorated with tombstones and bat die-cuts.  Love the gold foil!  I added bat Stickers, another Mini Pumpkin Puffy Sticker, and more fussy cut flowers to finish off this card.  For a touch of sparkle to each card, I added Diamond Zazz! Glitter Glue to the flowers.

Midnight Haunting Halloween Layout

Hello Pebbles friends! It’s Monique here! I’m so happy I get to share my Halloween layout with you today!

Are you already getting into the Halloween spirit? Maybe this layout using Pebbles’ spooky Midnight Haunting collection will help you a little closer! Originally Halloween is not a Dutch festivity, but lately people are celebrating it here more and more. When my son heard that there would be a Halloween celebration in his friend’s neighborhood, I just couldn’t keep him home! I managed to take one quick photo of the two of them and of course I had to scrap it!

For my layout, I decided to make good use of the fabulous die-cuts, stickers and chipboards in this collection. I stitched a large circle on my background page, placed the photo in the bottom right corner and decorated the circle with lots of embellishments.

Instead of using just one photo, I decided to print the same photo twice: one black & white and one in color, the black & white a little larger than the colored one. I then adhered the colored photo on top of the black & white photo and slightly at an angle. I love the extra dimension this gives my page.

My favorite die-cut in this collection is this owl, isn’t he cute?!

Although I also adore these little ghosts! And look how awesome the gold Thickers, puffy sticker and chipboard pieces are! I just love all the different textures in this collection!

How I wish we would celebrate Halloween too, if only because I would then be able to use this Midnight Haunting collection more! I know that if my kids are going to dress up for Halloween this year, I will insist they pose for me so I get to take many more photos! I can’t wait to see what you’ll do with this collection!

Fun step by step guide to creating Midnight Haunting Cards

Hello Pebbles Friends! It’s Leanne here today, sharing a fun step-by-step guide to creating Halloween Cards using the new Pebbles Inc Midnight Haunting collection.

Create some fun Halloween Cards using @PebblesInc #MidnightHaunting with a step by step guide as shared by @leanne_allinson.

Just like usual, I like to keep my crafting clean and simple. These fun cards are no different. Add a little cardstock and plenty of embellishments from the Midnight Haunting Collection and these cards come together in next to no time at all!!

card 1 | step 1:

Gather your supplies: white cardstock folded to create a 4″x6″ card base; two x 1mm paper strips, measuring the length of the card; 1″ paper strip, plus the border edge from patterned paper (Eyes on You); die cut pumpkin embellishment; puffy stickers; twine.

step 2:

Add the thin paper/cardstock strips to the edge of the patterned paper border as shown below. Adhere them to the vertical opening edge of the card base.

step 3:

Mount the die-cut embellishment onto a piece of foam tape and add it to the lower part of the decorative border.

step 4:

Complete the card by adding a length of twine and a few puffy bat stickers.

card 2 | step 1:

Gather you supplies: white cardstock folded to create a 4″x6″ card base; patterned paper trimmed to 3.75″x 2″ (Pumpkin Patch); patterned paper trimmed to 3.75″x5.75″ (Batty); die-cut ephemera; two x patterned paper border strip (Batty); access to machine stitching; twine.

step 2:

Adhere the Pumpkin Patch patterned paper to the Batty patterned paper, both pieces showing the darker/black paper. Machine stitch around the outside edge. Layer one border strip over the  place where the paper pieces join. Trim it to the width of the patterned paper and layer over the top of the stitching. Secure the patterned paper to the card base with adhesive tape.

step 3:

Add a piece a twine under the paper border, then add a second paper border strip as shown below. Complete the card by mounting the die-cut ephemera on foam tape and then adding it to the card.

card 3 | step 1:

Gather your supplies: black cardstock folded to create a 4″x6″ card base; 3.75″x5.75″ specialty vellum sheet; 1″ paper strip, the border edge from patterned paper (Eyes on You);3.5″x4″ Batty patterned paper frame; die-cut ephemera.

step 2:

Trim the specialty vellum to size and add the border strip/patterned paper to the lower edge, leaving approximately 1″ of vellum still showing.

step 3:

Turn the vellum over and add adhesive to the reverse side, behind the patterned paper.

step 4:

Secure the paper frame which was created using the We R Memory Keepers Frame Punch Board.

step 5:

Complete your card by wrapping some gold thread around the base of the frame and mounting the die-cut ephemera onto foam tape. Finish with extra detail by using the puffy stickers.

Happy Halloween Friends! I hope these cards have inspired you to play with the new Midnight Haunting collection..x

DIY Candle Decor using Midnight Haunting

Calling all ghosts and goblins….Heather Leopard is here to kick off the week with some spooky Halloween ideas. The gorgeous spider web gold vellum sheet was my inspiration for my DIY Candle Decor with the Midnight Haunting collection.

DIY Candle Decor by @heatherleopard using @pebblesinc #MidnightHaunting #DIY #Halloween #madewithpebbles #heatherleopard #halloweendecor

Personally, I think this would made a great welcome statement or mantle decor for any home.  I mean, who doesn’t want to see spiders and witches and poison every day leading up to Halloween. LOL!

This was a lot of fun to create.  It was also really simple and relatively quick to make.  The longest part was waiting for the Mod Podge to dry.  You’ll see in some of my photos that I wasn’t so patient but (in the end), it’s dry and completely opaque.

Get started here:

DIY Candle Decor by @heatherleopard using @pebblesinc #MidnightHaunting #DIY #Halloween #madewithpebbles #heatherleopard #halloweendecor

Grab different sizes of glass candle jars and/or votives.  I had some of these in my stash and then I hit up the local dollar store for more.  I’m sure you could find some at the thrift store.  Either way, this project can be done without breaking the bank.

Also grab the spider web vellum and coordinating papers and embellishments.

Create your own DIY candle decor

Before I get into the steps for this, note that the adhesive is still drying but it does dry nice and evenly opaque.

First step is to lay out your vellum and notice where the spider’s web will be at the top.  You don’t want them too high or too low because we are going to trim around the webs (it will leave them sticking up just a bit at the top). Once you like the placement, apply Mod Podge to the glass jar and apply your vellum.  Make sure to press it down real good and avoid any wrinkles. Reposition quickly as needed but you will have to move quickly to do it.

You can wait for it to completely dry or (if you’re like me), you can start trimming the webs at the top once you know it won’t move around.

Time to decorate

Now it’s time to embellish. I added a few spiders here and there on the web-covered candle holders while I decorated a couple others in coordinating patterned paper.

Here’s a few more decorating ideas. I kept everything in the scary theme – spiders, poison, etc.

This DIY Candle decor was so fun to make.  I could totally see this as a fun craft to do with the kids. Luckily the Midnight Haunting collection has all sorts of designs, from cute to scary, so I’m sure there’s something to fit everyone’s taste.

Halloween Shadowbox using Midnight Haunting

Hello everyone! It’s Eva Pizarro here today showing you how to make an easy Halloween Shadowbox using the Pebbles’ line Midnight Haunting.

Create a spooky Halloween Shadowbox with this tutorial from @evapizarrov using @pebblesinc #midnighthauting line! #madewithpebbles #pebblesinc

I love shadowboxes, they are very versatile and you can use them to decorate a candy table, your mantle, and even your front door!

Create a spooky Halloween Shadowbox with this tutorial from @evapizarrov using @pebblesinc #midnighthauting line! #madewithpebbles #pebblesinc

To decorate your Halloween Shadowbox, start by covering it with black paint. I used a brush and liquid paint but you could also use spray paint!

Trim your papers to size and remember to mix orange, black and white patterns.

Create a spooky Halloween Shadowbox with this tutorial from @evapizarrov using @pebblesinc #midnighthauting line! #madewithpebbles #pebblesinc

Use your stickers and chipboard shapes to decorate each space, adding some 3d dots to create some depth to your design. You could also leave one space empty and put a spooky family picture there instead (that would be super fun!).

Create a spooky Halloween Shadowbox with this tutorial from @evapizarrov using @pebblesinc #midnighthauting line! #madewithpebbles #pebblesinc

This line has everything you need to make your Halloween decorations easy and fun! Papers, stickers, chipboard, brads and more! You can find two types of designs in this line: ones that are more spooky and for your Halloween-themed scrapbooks and some floral and fall-themed papers and embellishments that you could use on your everyday crafts.

Create a spooky Halloween Shadowbox with this tutorial from @evapizarrov using @pebblesinc #midnighthauting line! #madewithpebbles #pebblesinc

If the spaces on your shadow box are a bit small, you could trim your die cuts and only use a piece like I did here with my floral design.

Create a spooky Halloween Shadowbox with this tutorial from @evapizarrov using @pebblesinc #midnighthauting line! #madewithpebbles #pebblesinc

And don’t limit your decorated space only to the inside of your shadowbox! Use some decorations on the edge of your tray as well!

I hope you liked this project; it is easy to store so you can use it over and over as part of your Halloween decorations.

Have a great day!
