Hello everyone! It’s Eva Pizarro on the blog today, sharing a sunburst layout with the Sunshiny Days collection.

I don’t know about you, but I take a lot of pictures during the summer as we have many picnics, family trips and barbecues. We love to go to the country and enjoy the pool and the trees. The Sunshiny days collection was perfect to scrap our weekend getaway pictures.

To begin my layout, I created a sunburst with some of the patterned papers. I chose a yellow, green and blue color palette to match my pictures. My friend Johana gave me an awesome tip: use your fuse unplugged to add a faux stitch to your papers.

This turned out great! I used my Fuse Mat and my Supreme ruler and simply ran my Fuse with a bit of pressure down the page. That bit of texture was just what my sunburst needed!

Next, I used a chipboard sticker and the beautiful ombre thickers to create my title.

Finally, I added a few stickers and die cuts. We harvest some lemons during our trip, therefore I added some stickers right next to my journaling.

The puffy stickers are great for planners and for your pages as well! You can add bits of color and create tiny clusters.

I’m sure you’re going to love this collection as much as I do—the designs are perfect to scrap your favorite summer memories!
