Hugs & Kisses DIY Valentine’s Day Home Decor

Happy day before Valentine’s Day, friends! I wanted to share a quick and easy DIY Valentine Home Decor you can whip up tonight for the big day tomorrow.

I spotted this wonderful Heart shaped corkboard in the dollar spot at one of my most favorite places in the world and I snatched it up right away. I wish I had grabbed more because I love it so! Anyway, it was the inspiration I needed to celebrate my greatest loves! I printed a 2.5″x3″ photo of my hubby and me and then two 2″x3″ photos of our girls but what could I do to decorate this heart shaped corkboard that would help keep the shape of the heart? I figured it’s all about the curves here so a few dimensional flowers would do the trick.

Creating the flowers is actually pretty quick and easy. I cut different shapes of squares and then cut them in a spiral, like you see in the top right and bottom of the photo above. I kept some with a straight edge and others with a scallop.

While my glue gun was heating, I starting rolling the spiral around a pencil, starting with the outside edge. Then, pulling the pencil away, I tightened it and shaped the flower to my liking and sealed it all together by applying hot glue to that round base.

How cute is this heart corkboard? I created some additional flowers using my Silhouette CAMEO and a few cut files I had purchased.

I decided to put clusters of flowers in a triangle because you know, decorating rules.

Hello everyone! Eva Pizarro here today bringing you some sweet Valentine’s decor made with the My Funny Valentine line.

This toppers and wrappers are very easy to make! The die cut package in this line has 40 different designs so you can make enough for friends and family or even for guests of your Valentine’s Party!

I made the wrappers with the new DIY Party Board by our sister company We R Memory Keepers and some 12 x 12 inch patterned paper. One piece of paper, two cuts and a piece of double sided adhesive and your wrappers are ready! It can’t get any easier than that!

The toppers are also very simple, for my first topper I used patterned paper and some puffy stickers.

Layer your pieces together and attach to your skewer with a glue dot or some washi tape.

For the next ones I used a die cut, patterned paper and a “love” word from the puffy stickers.

If you want your puffy sticker to attach a little better to your skewer use a strong liquid adhesive or a tiny dot of hot glue.

My last two toppers are very simple as well. For the first one layer some patterned paper, a white cardstock circle and add Thickers.

The last one is a bit tinier and I did it with some washi tape and a heart die cut.

I attached the heart in the middle of the toothpick but I think a skewer would be better, that way you can insert the topper all the way down to the cupcake.

Here are all my cupcakes all together! I think that it is fun to add variety and have different kinds of toppers! you could even use these as place holders and add the name in the wrapper.

Easy Valentines Treat Bags

Hey there Pebbles friends and fans, Becki here. Valentines Day is just around the corner. Have you been looking for easy Valentines treat bags? If you have, you’ve come to the right place. I created some Valentines treat bags with the My Funny Valentine collection to share with you today. These treat bags are SO easy to make and are SO much fun to make with the cute sentiments found in the collection.

I started by cutting the base for the Valentines treat bags with my electronic die cutting machine and 3 patterned papers from the My Funny Valentine collection (you can find the complete supply list below). The first treat bag I created was the “love is funny” treat bag. I thought this sentiment was adorable! I knew I wanted to use this die cut from the moment it landed on my door step.

I adhered all the sentiments to the front of the treat bags with foam adhesive to give the front of the bags a little bit of dimension.

The second treat bag I created was the “I like you & naps” treat bag.

On the front of each bag I cut a strip of patterned paper from the My Funny Valentine 6×6 paper pad. I chose papers from the 6×6 paper pad because I wanted patterns that had a smaller scale print on them. I think they worked beautifully.The last Valentines treat bag I created was the “I’m stuck on you” sentiment. Isn’t that an adorable sentiment for Valentines Day? I wanted to keep the embellishments to a minimum so that the sentiment would stand out. I added three glittery star stickers to the front of each treat bag. I think it was the perfect finishing touch to the Valentines treat bags. What crafting projects are you working on for Valentines Day? My Funny Valentine – Pretend Pocket Cards

Hi everybody! Wendy here. With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, I have a fun Valentine card idea to share with you today. I used the “My Funny Valentine” collection to create these fun “pretend pocket” cards. As you can see, I created an entire set – and that’s because they are so easy to create! Honestly, if you’re making one, you can whip up a bunch in not much more time than one takes!

Create these lovely "pretend pocket" cards with the "My Funny Valentine" collection by @PebblesInc and step-by-step instructions by @wendysue

Gather the supplies, some adhesive, and let’s create a set together! Here’s everything you’ll need – a heart shaped card base (cut from white cardstock), two patterned hearts (the same size as the card base), stickers, washi tape, ephemera (tags and pieces), and baker’s twine.

Place this piece on top of the other patterned heart. Don’t glue it down yet – this will be to determine placement of the embellishments. The idea is to have the items look as though they are peeking out of the “pocket” formed by the two patterned papers. Now you can glue the bottom portion down! Wrap baker’s twine over the washi tape and tie a bow. Create these lovely "pretend pocket" cards with the "My Funny Valentine" collection by @PebblesInc and step-by-step instructions by @wendysue

Now add some dimensional foam adhesive on the back of the banner piece. Create these lovely "pretend pocket" cards with the "My Funny Valentine" collection by @PebblesInc and step-by-step instructions by @wendysue

Place the entire piece on the white heart card base. Ta-da! That’s all there is to it!

See how easy that was? Now go ahead and use different stickers and embellishments. Use the same basic steps, and you’ll have an entire set of cards in no time at all! Hi! Renee here to share a Valentine’s day layout using the adorable My Funny Valentine collection. I found this studio portrait of Caitie from her first Valentine’s day and wanted to scrapbook it using the new Valentine’s Day collection. I love looking back on these photos and seeing just how fast time goes by and how big my baby girls are getting. My lovely and very little Caitie!
