Hello everybody and welcome to the Pebbles’ blog! It’s Eva Pizarro with you today sharing a tutorial for a quick holiday gift.
I love to make cookies for my neighbors and friends but I always struggle on the packaging. I want something simple but also beautiful because, let’s be honest: everything taste better in a cute packaging!
This year I decided to make some milk carton with the help of my electronic cutting machine. If you don’t have a machine you could trace a template or use one of the many Punch Boards from our friends at We R Memory Keepers.
I chose a box with a window so I could see the cookies. To cover the window I used gold accent acetate.
I filled my boxes and embellished the outside. I wanted something quick so I tied a bow with twine, adhered a die cut with some 3d dots next to the window and closed my box with some golden clips and a tag.
In the packages you get 45 different die cuts and 16 tags (8 like the ones I used and 8 bigger tags) so one package each should be enough for 16 gifts.
I love this deer with a sweater! isn’t it cute? The garland on the back by the way is also from the Holly Jolly collection.
I think these gifts are very cute, I am sure everyone is going to love them! and I am finally going to be able to send all the quick gifts I want!
Do you need quick and small cards too? Check out these mini cards I made last year! Perfect to add to your gifts!
Have a great week!
