Hi there Pebbles Fans! Hope you’ve been enjoying your Summer. Holly here from Ribbons & Glue sharing with you an easy DIY Pool Party Gift idea made with the Fun in the Sun collection.

If you’re like my family, Summer revolves around going to the pool. Therefore, pool towels are very popular and pile up in the laundry. So, being inspired by a Summertime necessity in our house, I made this easy Pool Party Gift idea perfect and simple to bring to your next pool party bash.

To make this Pool Party Gift, I cut and wrapped a piece of 3 inch Fun in the Sun patterned paper around a towel.

Then, chose a beach ball cardstock shape from the Fun in the Sun Chips and adhered stickers and an enamel dot into center of the beach ball.

There you go – a quick and easy DIY gift perfect to bring to your next pool party or Summertime bash.

Hello, Renee here today to share a pool time layout using the Fun In The Sun collection. With back-to-school approaching in just a few weeks (what?!), we are definitely enjoying every bit of pool time we can get.

I started this layout by adding 3″ x 3″ photos into these four 4¼” x 3¾” frames and made a grid on the Splash pattern paper.

I layered that onto the Sunshine pattern paper and used another sheet of the Splash pattern paper as my background.

I used the “Splash” Puffy Phrase Sticker for my title. It works well since these photos were taken at our favorite waterpark, Splash Country.

I kept my journaling simple. I printed off a few words on some scraps of white cardstock and die-cut them into cute banner shapes. I used the KG Ray of Sunshine font for the journaling on my page. Love the large Die-Cut sun…pool time always needs some sunshine.

I added Stickers…

… Die-Cut Shapes and Enamel Dots around my photo frames.

Pool Party Candy Packets

Hi everyone! Amanda here today. I’m not one to make much of a fuss over gifts, but every once in a while I wish I had a little treat on hand to help wish someone a happy birthday or to express my thanks. And nothing says happy birthday or thank you quite like candy.

The fun, summertime pool themes in the Fun In the Sun collection make for a bright and cheery gift. Package up your favorite treat in a photo sleeve with some fun paper and die cuts and you have a sweet treat at the ready. And just like grandma, you can also tuck a few of these in your purse for the little ones.

Pool party candy packets are easy to put together. You’ll need some plastic sleeves, patterned paper, embellishments, candy and a Fuse tool. If you don’t have a Fuse tool, you can easily secure the closure with a piece of transparent tape.

The beach balls on this paper make perfect DIY embellishments and can be punched out perfectly with a 1 1/4″ circle punch.

Start by embellishing your patterned paper inserts. Slide the patterned paper into the plastic sleeves, add candy and, voila! You’re all done! Get the kids involved and they’ll do it for you.

After your sleeve is filled with paper, embellishments, and candy, fold over the top and fuse it to the back of the sleeve with the Fuse tool. TIP: Always use metal ruler to fuse the straightest lines and protect your fingers from the hot, HOT tip!
