Gratitude Journal

Hi everyone! I’m Eva Pizarro and today I’m sharing a cute journal made with the Home + Made line (along with some free printables) to help us record the thing we are grateful for.

I came across gratitude journals a few years ago and thought it was a great idea! This one is fairly small so you don’t need to spend a lot of time doing it, just a simple phrase or a single word a day can help you be more grateful and aware of all the wonderful things you have.

To do the journal you will need two pieces of cardboard of approximately 3 x 6 inches. Cover the cardboard with a bigger piece of paper leavening an inch on every side. Bend all the sides and glue the 4 corners in 45 degrees.

Glue the four sides and glue anoter piece of paper on top to cover everything.

Cut 13 papers 3 x 6 from the Home + Made line. Create a journal template or download the printables I made (you can find them at the bottom of the post) and print them. Glue these in the journal pages.

Place two eyelets on the back cover and one of each corner of the covers. The two eyelets in the back will allow you to pass a ribbon to close the journal.

Embellish the cover, assemble all the pages and you are done!

Here’s a closer look to the cover so you can see the beautiful golden letters.

You can do one for yourself and maybe give one as a gift!
Hope you like it!
