Hi there!  It’s Wendy Sue Anderson here with you today, sharing a really easy (and FUN!) Jack O’lantern Halloween Banner. Using just a few supplies and taking a limited amount of time, you can create a banner just like this one for yourself! The best part? It’s easy enough for the kids to help with!!

Here’s how to make your own:

Step 1:  Using the Homemade Banner Dies, cut as many flags as you want for your banner. I used papers from the Thirty-One collection and the Home+Made Collection.

Step 2:  Use the small die to cut triangles for the eyes and noses – the pieces are meant to be folded in half, so you’ll have to use scissors to cut the diamond into two triangles.

Step 3:  Now use a small circle punch to cut some gold circles from the gold striped specialty cardstock.

Step 4:  Now it’s time to think out of the box and use some of the letters and punctuation from the gold thicker sheet!

Step 5: Build the Jack O’Lantern faces using all of the pieces together!

Step 6: Add the gold decorative tape across the top of each banner, punch holes in both sides and string them all together. Hang them up and enjoy your spooky pumpkins!
