First things first, I have a winner to announce from last week’s “Country Picnic” giveaway. Thank you all so much for your comments. And the lucky winner is …

Congratulations! Please email your full name and mailing information (including your phone number for shipping purposes) to pebblesincdt(at)gmail(dot)com and put “Country Picnic Winner” in the subject line.

“This new birthday line is so fun! It’s full of great colors perfect for boy and girl birthdays. It’s also great for birthdays of all ages! 🙂 For instance I used this line to scrap a page about a little birthday party my husband and I threw for his brother (my brother-in-law) on his 22nd birthday. I created a collage of the pictures I wanted to scrap and then adhered it to the background cardstock. Then I used the fun Hip Hip Hooray paper and embellishments to decorate around the collage! Thanks for looking!”  – Gretchen McElveen, Pebbles Design Team Member

“Hip Hip Hooray is my favourite of the new Pebbles collections, despite me not usually being so keen on specifically themed lines. The colours in this collection are so vibrant and summery, it’s easy to crate layouts and other projects that are non-birthday themed, like this layout I’ve created about my friend’s daughters’ bedtime reading habits. I can definitely see myself creating all kinds of pages with this line – it’s so versatile!”  – Stephanie Baxter, Pebbles Design Team Member

Gretchen & Stephanie, I am loving BOTH of your layouts! Gretchen, that color combo is amazing…totally new twist on what I was thinking of combining with this set – love it! And Stephanie, I love that you used this line for a non-birthday layout…love the little blocks of color – so pretty! 🙂
