Design team member Jennifer Yates created this layout for a friend.  Here’s what Jennifer had to say … “When I saw this photo of my friend Natalie and her family I immediately thought of “gratitude” and how grateful she is to have such a wonderful family. This photo was taken on their vacation in Cabo San Lucas.  I loved combining the Cats & Dogs collection and a little bit of New Arrival Boy collection and giving it a “tropical feel”… showing that they are both quite versatile!”

Design team member Kristen Swain shows her gratitude for her daughter’s teacher with this personalized card and canvas.  Here’s what Kristen had to say … “With our theme of gratitude, I just had to make something for my daughter’s teacher. The holidays are, of course, a time I want to share my gratitude for the extra steps that her teacher takes and often it’s quite difficult to come up with a gift idea. I love the school house color theme of the Tree House collection, and thought that the big bold flowers would be the perfect touch to this quote canvas I was inspired to create. I made the matching card, with the perfect quote already printed on the 3×3 block. Bonus – one gift done before the holidays!”

Design team member Ria Mojica created this lovely layout to remind herself of all of the things she has to be thankful for.  Here’s what Ria had to say … “I have so much to be thankful for, but sometimes, I need a little reminder. I saw this quote in a friend’s Facebook status and it rang so true. I enjoyed playing with the different materials from the Tree House collection and using this grid design. In a pinch, a grid design is one of my go-to styles. It never gets old and there’s so many other things to do with it — here I did some stitching for added texture and raised the patterned paper squares on foam adhesive for dimension. Love, love, love how this layout turned out.”

I am grateful for all of my scrappy friends. They have enlightened and enriched my life in more ways than they will ever know. I love this hobby.

I am grateful for the ability to stay home with my kids in this crazy world we live in today. For a husband that supports and loves me unconditionally. For a God that sacrificied His son for me. For a network of family and friends to draw life’s experiences and lessons from. I could go on and on, but these are the top! Love the 3 projects, but my heart prefers cardmaking, so Kris’s cards are fantastic!
