Today’s “How To Tuesday” post is brought to you today by design team member Guiseppa Gubler. Here’s what Guiseppa had to say … “Just like many of you, I love flowers and the more varieties I can learn how to make the more fun my layouts become. I made these simple pleated flowers using
cardstock and patterned paper. I love these flowers because they go so perfect with this baby layout, but will look good with any layout you do. Just personalize them.” And here are Guiseppa’s step by step instructions …
First choose how many flowers you want to make and the paper you are going to use. Cut your paper into 1″x12″ inch strips.
Start folding the pleats at the end of the paper. Make sure you are angling your pleats as you go so they will make a circle.
Adhere the two ends and if you have any excess paper, cut if off.
Add a cute button, brad or some chipboard and brads like I did.
This is how I used my cute pleated flowers!
