Design team member Kim Kesti celebrates the arrival of a brand new nephew on her sweet layout.  Here’s what Kim had to say … “I’m really enjoying the New Arrival Boy collection. The colors and patterns are bold and yet classic. I’ve been hoarding these photos of my new nephew and I’m super happy with how this layout turned out. Design team member Suzanne Sergi created this sweet congratulations card.  Here’s what Suzanne had to say … “The New Arrival Boy collection is the perfect palette for welcoming a newborn into the world! With many sentiments to choose from, the 3×3 cards are wonderful additions to the paper line. They can be used as a quick premade card for a gift, or simply cut, to use the sentiment on a card itself. The embossed paper is one of my favorites this year. I love the blue, and brown polka dot combination! I added one of the felt stars to the card, and added a stick pin. To add the finishing detail,  I added small flowers to the top of the pin! Do not forget about the wonderful manufacturer strips on the bottom of the Pebbles papers. They include an easy way to create borders on your projects with a sentiment, or other miniature designs!”

Design team member Eva Pizarro created this truly adorable mobile using the New Arrival Boy collection.  Here’s what Eva had to say … “The New Arrival Boy collection is so cute. When I saw the line I immediately was inspired by the designs on the papers and knew I wanted to make a baby mobile. This mobile was so much fun to make! I cut 2 pieces of each shape, put some batting inside and then I sewed the two pieces together. After that I embellished each piece with flowers, rub ons and felt embellishments.”

Design team member Wendy Sue Anderson demonstrates the flexibility of this collection by using it to scrapbook a recent family outing.  Here’s what Wendy Sue had to say … “It’s not that I don’t have a bazillion and one baby boy photos I could scrapbook with this cute new collection … but when I saw that super cute whale all I could think about was our trip to Disneyland last year.  My middle boy is super cautious and doesn’t like to step out of his comfort zone, and true-to-form, when he saw that we were going to be “swallowed by a whale” while on our little boat ride through Storybook Land, he was less than calm.  Luckily, he didn’t see it coming until we were almost there, and then it was over quickly – so he calmed down and we enjoyed the rest of our ride.”

Design team member Zoe Nemburt created this stunning layout.  Here’s what Zoe had to say … “It seems so long ago that my “almost” 7 year old son was this small! He was the easiest baby ever – always went to sleep on time, wasn’t a fussy eater, funny how things change isn’t it. The embossed papers made this layout so much more dimensional in real life, these colours in this collection are so rich, feels good to get some baby pictures scrapped. :)”

Design team member Guiseppa Gubler created this sweet pocket card.  Here’s what Guiseppa had to say … “I love creating unique cards, so I did a search in my Silhouette to find a cute card perfect for this New Arrival Boy collection and found this pocket card.  The outside of the card is an envelope and then the inside is the card.  Put a little note or saying inside and make it personal.  The cute felt star embellishment made for a perfect touch.  I also popped up the title of the card for added dimension.”

Design team member Stephanie Baxter created an adorable baby card for a friend’s upcoming new arrival.  Here’s what Stephanie had to say … “A friend of mine is due to give birth in the next few weeks and while we don’t know what kind she’s having, I made this baby boy card because I’m secretly hoping she’ll have a boy! The New Arrival Boy collection is absolutely perfect for making cards welcoming baby boys with its soft colour pallete and super cute paper and embellishments. I cut out a window in the front of the card and placed one half of one of the 3×3 cards behind it using dimensional adhesive to make it pop, which I think adds a special something to an otherwise simple card.  I finished it off by adding 3 metal star brads to the stars on the 3×3 card.”

The New Arrival Boy collection was just what I wanted for capturing the feeling behind the sentiment, and for adding a little “bug” from punched circles for the perfect embellishment! I love how the striped paper is embossed — adding just the right amount of texture to the card!”

The colors matched the outfit that Zachary had been wearing perfectly. I am in LOVE with the new embossed pattern paper, especially the dot patterns. They add a ton of texture and interest to your layout, in such an easy way. I used the “name”, “date”, “length”, and “weight” rub ons on punched cardstock stickers, to document Zachary’s birth stats. I think his parents will love this layout!”
