We are so excited to share THREE new lines and a slew of brand new products — all of which will debut next week at CHA Winter 2010! Take a look…

Twitterpated is a bright, love-infused line perfect for springtime or love-filled layouts and cards. Vibrant flowers, delicate hearts and fun patterns on each of the double-sided patterned papers are sure to find a place in your heart.

Treehouse features fun, outdoorsy patterns in bold primary colors. Birdhouses, owls, clouds and trees provide a fun backdrop for scrapping summer memories or just accenting everyday life.

May Bouquet gives a vintage feel to delicate sentiments, with a muted color pattern and lovely designs. Perfect to commemorate weddings, springtime or the everyday.

Two other lines, Lil’ Miss and Lil’ Buddy, were introduced in 2009 but were never shown at CHA. They’ll both be available for a closer look, too! Lil’ Miss and Lil’ Buddy are our little girl and little boy lines, perfect for remembering the kiddos in your life.

We are also proud to introduce a handful of brand new Pebbles products, which are incorporated into each of the new lines. Besides the well-loved Pebbles duplicate rub-ons, stickers and Candy Dots we are excited to share the following new additions:

Patterned paper: One sheet of each set of patterned paper features 3×3” perforated cards – you can scrap the page as is or tear them off to give to friends. Also, each new line features 12 different double-sided pages – that’s 24 patterns per line – the most of any line we’ve released yet!

ABC Stickers: New to the Pebbles lineup, we have glitter ABC stickers in three different fonts. These cardstock stickers are easy to apply and will help spell out any project or idea.

Ribbon: Adding to our best-selling Pebbles Ribbon spools, we are proud to offer new blister packs of ribbon. Each pack contains four different 1-yard rolls of ribbon in different textures like felt, velvet, glitter and patterned grosgrain.

Updating another Pebbles classic, we’ve revamped our Chips chipboard shapes for the three new lines with smaller packages and new shapes – with multiple colors and patterns in each bag!

Rub-Ons: Classic Pebbles duplicate rub-ons are back with more phrases – now with different fonts on one sheet, and introducing fun borders to match each line. We’ve also got bigger packs of colorful rub-ons, featuring different phrases, shapes and embellishments.

Stickers: We have more duplicate stickers this year, now with five in a pack and featuring variations in colors. Also new for this year – larger word stickers and journaling stickers that are sure to meet every one of your scrapbooking needs.

Embellishments: Our classic Candy Dots are taking a step to the next level as we introduce a new glitter finish – adding a little more sparkle to the easy-to-use self-adhesive accessories. We will also offer epoxy and metal brads, another Pebbles first (shown below). Coordinating flowers for each line, in paper and plastic Stackers, match each color scheme and are easy to apply to projects using brads. Twenty unique shapes come in each pack.

Paper Pleating

Hi there! My name is Pam Callaghan and I am hosting the blog for this! I also run my own blog called Ideas for Scrapbookers. This week I will be featured paper pleating. I love this technique as it gives a neat look to the pages and projects. I started paper pleating way back when I first started scrapbooking and then took it up again a couple of years ago.
Basic paper pleating is fairly easy. Today I am going show a basic paper pleating project that I created, as well as a little more advanced projects by the design team gals. On Friday, I will share some projects with just paper pleated flowers from the design team. So get that patterned paper out and get ready to create some great projects!
My page features basic paper pleating. To create my pleats, I first ran a line of tape on the backside. Next, I flipped the paper over and began folding back and forth. I created two lines of pleats for a more feminine page.

In this next beautiful project, made by Susan, she added a neat touch to her paper pleats! She cut the paper with a decorative scissors to give it a unique look! The layers with the addition of pleats looks so good.

This page by Akiko featured two different paper pleating techniques. She used the basic pleat and also paper pleating some flowers for a really beautiful look! The page turned out perfect for the photo!

On this next page, created by Marielle, she also chose to make some paper pleating flowers and layered them on the sides of her photo. The flowers give a neat border look the layout and really make this design stand out.

This is a close-up of her technique.

On the next example, Sophia Allison used a paper pleat as a letter. I love how this turned out. It gives that perfect touch to the page, plus it looks like a baking cup to tie in with her photos!

Here are close-ups of her page!

I hope you enjoy these examples! What can you make with paper pleats?
Have a wonderful Monday!
Pam

Hello 😉
Today, some of my scrapbook inspirations… Scrapbook is a veritable addiction for me (drug ??) ! Before I took pictures and after with those picts i made my layouts. Now…I take specifics picts to scrapbook.. How serious is it ?

My daily inspirations :
Nature with animals : our cats, chickens, rabbit or wild life with bears, squirels, birds and others ! Seasons :
Each season is colorful… I like spring for the multicolor flowers, winter for the white snow (calm and inspiration), automn fot hot colors and summer for the bleu sky, the color of the sea or sunrises…
Travels :
Each travel is for us an evasion and a occasion to visit new places. We live in a town near pyrénées in France, so our travels are often in big places like NYC, Montréal, London or Amsterdam ! The picture’s selection is always to hard !!!

Food :

I like to scrapbook food ! It’s so “delicious” and in France we know a lot about this !!! 😉

My family :

Obviously, I scrapbook my family and since october my little cutie baby Anton.
All of the pictures are self made, so no copyright problem :p

See you friday !

Altered candles

Hi everybody,

I’m Maureen and i’m happy to take “control” over the blog this week.

I challenged girls about altered objects : Candels. I thinks it’s fun and easy to customize various objects ! Mine were for Christmas. I cut little pieces of paper (various collections of pebbles products like “so tweet”, “lil miss”…) and ribbons, then with glue and patience (with my two cats who love to play with ribbons…not so easy !!) i made 4 candles for advent time (advent time is for me a familial tradition and each Sunday preceding Christmas we light a candle, no direct matter with religion ). My second project was a gift for a little girl.
Celeste made beautiful candles. “One buck only” ! One dollar and little bit of scrapbook made great gifts for teachers !! I love this idea, it’s easy and the result is so spectacular !

celeste project with lil’miss collection

Lynn cuts and rolls strips of paper (2,5′ width and the height depend of the candle). After she pastes papers with a hot glue gun (and after a finger burn or two… :p), she has so the outline. You can paste papers with adhesive…It’s more secure !! To finish, add chipboards or embellishments…

Lynn project with lil’miss collection too !

See you Wednesday for my scrap inspirations…
Have a nice day 😉

Maureen
