Hi all! My name is Mimi Leinbach and I am your Pebbles Inc. blog hostess of the week. This week I challenged the talented design team to use hand cutting as a distinct part of their layouts, cards or projects. All this technique takes is a little bit of patience, scissors, and a piece of patterned paper. Then you are on your way to a totally unique project.
Check out these terrific ideas to incorporate a little hand cutting into your layouts!
For this layout I hand cut several stars and robots out of the patterned paper from the Lil’ Buddy line.
Check out how Lisa Warren hand cut a bracket edge for her background.
The talented Debbie Standard went to town cutting up a peice of patterned paper from the Linnie Bell line. What a great way to create a background.
Mireille Divak made this gorgeous layout by hand cutting several flowers to complement her daughters picture.
Emeline Seet created this fun layout by cutting a patterned paper for a great background look as well as several flowers to embellish with.
Sophia Allison made this sweet layout by cutting along the lines in the pattern paper to create her background. I just love the way this looks.
This card made by Liz Qualman just pops. By cutting the pattern paper to make the paper pieced dress she made a one of a kind card that anyone would love to receive.
Thanks so much for dropping by and be sure to stop back for Inspiration Wednesday!
Great job everyone!!
